Came in for the turkey gobbler, cashier and manager were very friendly, got the food quickly, and when they were out of something I wanted I got the apple pie shake for free as well as some coupons. Great service and good food.

I just had a late lunch at Arby’s and it was hands-down the best fast food experience I’ve had in recent years. This is clearly owned and operated by someone that cares about their customers and Product. If you haven’t had Arby’s in a good while you should try this one.

I went inside to order. They ignored me for 15 mins then when I asked for someone to take my order, they stated they would get to me when they got to me because they are busy. They was 3 cars in drive through and only 1 customer waiting on their food inside.

It's fast food with a decent drive thru...but at least it's not dried out burgers and the sauce (both Horsey and Arby's) make it all better. Get the curly fries and a Jambo handshake!
So I just let the Kennesaw location Arby’s to get me a 6pcs mozzarella sticks, when i went to eat it they was cold and the cheese was not melted, also brought a ranch wrap when my fiancé bite it there wasn’t a tender inside it was a nugget. So I went back to the store and asked for fresh mozzarella sticks and my money back for the wrap. The manager Erick that was on duty asked did I want fresh mozzarella sticks I said yes and my fiancé wanted his money for the wrap. He just gave me my money for the whole order. Never again will I return to that location. He just return my money when I asked for fresh mozzarella sticks. Very rude no care in the world.
