So two weeks ago I went to Arby's service and food was unacceptable the manager made it right by giving me 4 coupons.three days ago I went to the on on Cobb parkway it was great all around.today I went to the one on Chastain I got a half a pound roast beef and cheddar apple pie sweet tea and curly fries The curly fries were the bottom of the bag ends and pieces They had so much cheddar on the roast beef that it was just saturated with cheese sauce The apple pie was cold the sweet tea was great The cashiers main concern was where did I get the coupon from . I work third shift so I said well let me go ahead and get me something to eat it is 11:30 in the morning no reason I should have had cold food and bad service and they just opened so even though I had a coupon for the sandwich I still ended up spending 10 bucks for the tea fry and apple pie I just got to give it up Arby's is not what it used to be.. if the knew better they would do better...smh

10:45am, you'd expect the food would be at its peak since they've just started the day. Nope, I was clearly given food from last night. Everything is room temperature and the bread is stale. Raising prices and lowering the quality. Hard pass.

Arby’s food is always pretty good for fast food. The biggest issue during this visit I believe was staffing. Having worked in fast food during my youth I’m aware of the drive thru clock timer and how it should be under a certain time frame to remain satisfactory. It took an extended period of time for my order to be placed and once payment was processed it was 3 cars all told to pull up. There was no signage for cars to pull up to while waiting for our food so we all just found whatever space was available. I can understand if you were waiting on fries or something but none of that was communicated and that’s when I knew this was a tactic to keep the drive thru moving. I waited over 5 mins easily for my food and so did the other cars. I appreciate the gentleman being apologetic but staffing appears to be a real issue here.

Please do better. Learn to read tickets, or just how to read in general. But when I order delivery and I can clearly see the same ticket you see clear as day.... and something as simple as Arby's Sauce is missing but you gave me ketchup!? Come on now.... who comes to Arby's and doesn't get Arby's sauce?! Should be in every bag of you all me. If the food were hot wouldn't be so bad. but to try to choke down a luke warm, dry roast beef sandwich with nothing on it.... just, do better.

Ordered at the window and I had AMAZING service from Harold (hope that's his name, was on my receipt)! Very sweet, professional, and friendly...even offered to help if I had questions ?❤️. My food was really good too! Tried the deep fried turkey club and it did not disappoint! Will definitely be back!

YESSSS!!!! NOW THATS HOW YOU REPRESENT!!!!! Customer Service AMAZING !!!! TOP TIER!!!!!! Keep it up !! I felt so welcomed and warmth in my heart like I was appreciated to be a customer here !!! I left Steak ‘n Shake around the corner after I told them how poor their customer service was and did not order !!! I came right to Arby’s and felt like it wasn’t my fault for how I just got treated at Steak ‘n Shake !!! Steak ‘n Shake has poor poor customer service !!! ARBYS is stepping on necks with their AMAZING customer service. Made me feel like I belonged !! Thank you for treating your customers with kindness . You never know what a person may be dealing with . Again Thank you !!!!

Cole was great matter of fact the whole staff was friendly and all smiles. The manager greeted us as soon as we walked in and Cole kept us laughing about the most expensive coffee. Wish other restaurants were like this with their customer service 5 stars all the way.
