So I just let the Kennesaw location Arby’s to get me a 6pcs mozzarella sticks, when i went to eat it they was cold and the cheese was not melted, also brought a ranch wrap when my fiancé bite it there wasn’t a tender inside it was a nugget. So I went back to the store and asked for fresh mozzarella sticks and my money back for the wrap. The manager Erick that was on duty asked did I want fresh mozzarella sticks I said yes and my fiancé wanted his money for the wrap. He just gave me my money for the whole order. Never again will I return to that location. He just return my money when I asked for fresh mozzarella sticks. Very rude no care in the world.

Always been a big Arby’s fan, but this isn’t about the food. I want to give a shout out to awesome staff at the Barrett Lakes location. LSS: truck broke down, informed the manager. Not only was he polite and helpful when I asked not to have it towed, but he and his staff helped me push the vehicle into a space so it was out of the way and safe. Most people would have just ignored me, but for him and the staff to go the extra mile was extremely surprising and amazing. Thanks to all of you. And, I must say, next time I’m in the area and am hungry, that’s the first place I’m going!

Just got back from this location and I’ll probably never go here again. I got a chicken sandwich and the chicken, if you can even call it that, was barely warm, crusty, and literally felt like sand in my mouth. The fries that came with it were also barely warm but tasted AWFUL, like they had been sitting there for HOURS. I paid like $12 for an inedible meal. I gave a 2nd star because the mozzarella sticks were at least good.

So two weeks ago I went to Arby's service and food was unacceptable the manager made it right by giving me 4 coupons.three days ago I went to the on on Cobb parkway it was great all around.today I went to the one on Chastain I got a half a pound roast beef and cheddar apple pie sweet tea and curly fries The curly fries were the bottom of the bag ends and pieces They had so much cheddar on the roast beef that it was just saturated with cheese sauce The apple pie was cold the sweet tea was great The cashiers main concern was where did I get the coupon from . I work third shift so I said well let me go ahead and get me something to eat it is 11:30 in the morning no reason I should have had cold food and bad service and they just opened so even though I had a coupon for the sandwich I still ended up spending 10 bucks for the tea fry and apple pie I just got to give it up Arby's is not what it used to be.. if the knew better they would do better...smh
