Always been a big Arby’s fan, but this isn’t about the food. I want to give a shout out to awesome staff at the Barrett Lakes location. LSS: truck broke down, informed the manager. Not only was he polite and helpful when I asked not to have it towed, but he and his staff helped me push the vehicle into a space so it was out of the way and safe.
Most people would have just ignored me, but for him and the staff to go the extra mile was extremely surprising and amazing....

Nice employees, very friendly. Food did not disappoint. Fast service, and FULL of meaty, saucey deliciousness. I daresay I overate! I got a half pound beef n cheddar and wasn't hungry until the next evening. 😆 My three year old loves their sliders, especially the turkey one. Helped me with my meal too.

Arby’s food is always pretty good for fast food. The biggest issue during this visit I believe was staffing. Having worked in fast food during my youth I’m aware of the drive thru clock timer and how it should be under a certain time frame to remain satisfactory. It took an extended period of time for my order to be placed and once payment was processed it was 3 cars all told to pull up. There was no signage for cars to pull up to while waiting for our food so we all just...
