Arby’s food is always pretty good for fast food. The biggest issue during this visit I believe was staffing. Having worked in fast food during my youth I’m aware of the drive thru clock timer and how it should be under a certain time frame to remain satisfactory. It took an extended period of time for my order to be placed and once payment was processed it was 3 cars all told to pull up. Ordered at the window and I had AMAZING service from Harold (hope that's his name, was on my receipt)! Very sweet, professional, and friendly...even offered to help if I had questions ?❤️. My food was really good too! Tried the deep fried turkey club and it did not disappoint! Will definitely be back!
