We eat here all the time. Service is friendly and fast. They have some trouble keeping the ketchup container full but are always quick to give us packets if it is empty. Biggest complaint is the sticky floor. It's like they don't rinse the floor thoroughly enough and it has really built up over the years.

Stopped in tonight and ordered ahead. Waited over twenty minutes past the time given. The whole staff acted lost and not knowing what they were doing. No gloves forgot our fries and touching my food is ridiculous.

We stopped in today for a late lunch on our way from Tennessee. Very slow inside, ordered our normal meals but the tator cakes were very dark and soggy, almost as if they'd tried to reheat them but I would've waited for fresh ones. Still not lad, just needs improvement.

After a long trip, I was super hungry. It was about 8 pm when I stopped at this location. The gentleman working the window was very nice. He kindly asked me to pull to a spot so my mozzarella sticks were fresh which I did not mind at all. He delivered the food to my car again very nice wished me a good night. When I went to eat my food I was highly impressed. Normally when I stop at Arby's the food is subpar, but tonight the sandwhich was amazing not sloppy, the fries were hot the mozzarella sticks were fresh. It was prob the best quality I have ever had at an Arby's. Highly impressed and the everyone working that shift should get a raise.

I came through the drive-thru September 27th approximately 5:25 the girl at the window was very rude and threw my bag of the food at me or towards me I barely caught it which made fries go all over the inside of the bag which is no big deal but her attitude was horrible. Mahaganie what is the name on a receipt. The fries were cold and hard the food was very poor. My biggest gripe is the girl at the window needs to be retrained or fired she give that store a horrible name

Absolutely the cleanest Arby's I have ever been to with the nicest staff ( Brandy) and management, sorry I didn't get her name, and the behind the scene staff actually listened when Brandy told them how I preferred my sandwiches. This was the Arby's at the exit where the Varsity is located, along with Chic FilA. You won't go wrong choosing Arby's.
