Slow on the order comprehension. I don't think our drive-thru employee was familiar with the menu. We had to repeat our order at least 3 times and still got it wrong. Food was mediocre.

Absolutely the cleanest Arby's I have ever been to with the nicest staff ( Brandy) and management, sorry I didn't get her name, and the behind the scene staff actually listened when Brandy told them how I preferred my sandwiches. This was the Arby's at the exit where the Varsity is located, along with Chic FilA. You won't go wrong choosing Arby's.

Excellent service. Cashier at counter was very patient with customers who didn't know menu. Staff forgot 1 item but was very prompt in correcting mistake. We went for dinner at the restaurant, but place was kind of quiet with a number of takeout orders.

Unfortunately this restaurant was an entire mess when I first arrived. I'm assuming they just got done with a lobby rush. Other than that the food was great and the service was great as well.

One of the few really reliable fast food joints in the area. I can count on one hand the number of times my order has been wrong over the past couple of years, and they had no problems at all making things right on those few occasions.
Their people are super friendly even at the end of what I am sure was a long day, giving me no attitude no matter how picky my requests may be.
In an area entirely too crowded with restaurants staffed by useless brats who don't care about their jobs and aren't shy about taking it out on the customer, this place is a real diamond in the rough.

I went through the drive thru a few weeks ago to order food for the family. We were asked to pull ahead as they needed to drop some fresh tenders for our order. Which was not a big deal. We got our food and headed home. To our surprise the tenders were accidentally left out by mistake. I called the store and the manager (Kevin) took my name and number and offered to remake what was left off and a meal to make things right. I accepted. Tonight, Kevin honored his word and I appreciate that. Kevin exemplifies what customer service is. Kevin went above and beyond and it felt refreshing to have such a positive experience at a fast food chain. Thank You Kevin for your hard work. You are truly appreciated.
