Terrible service. Lady was on her phone. Pretzels were not fresh and her attitude was not pleasant at all. I guess I didn’t expect much but I’ll definitely not patronize this location again.

when i ordered here the person taking my order was literally on her phone as i went up to order, didn't say hello / good afternoon which i thought was disrespectful. The food is ok but there needs to be better service here.

It is what it is. You can smell it from the other side of the mall. It calls for you.

Your service is lame. you have 4 people working here working slow and they say it takes 20 min for an order. They are not stocked up on food to go. You need new people working here.

Cashier and other worker were super defensive that I wanted something to eat the pretzels covered in cinnamon and sugar. They were flabbergasted that I wouldn’t want to walk around the walk shopping with my fingers sticky and getting other stores’ merchandise covered in sugar. Manager needs to order forks. Workers said the nuggets are “hand-held”. Again, who wants to walk around with sugar all over their hands. Even the regular pretzels come in a paper that way customers don’t have to walk around with greasy hands.

Nice location in the mall but when I tried to order, they were out of cheese dip and Coke, both of which our family had wanted. Pretzels were good though, nice and hot.

Pretzels are amazing but if you try to order a bucket instead of separate cups they tell you it will be 30 mins or more before it's ready... Smart marketing scheme to keep from buying in bulk to maximize the small cup sales but won't be getting my business at this location ever again.

All the 1 star reviews are true. Seems to happen all day everyday because the same thing happened to us! Wouldn’t sell anything out the case until the case was full… weird how these are the only locations that do that??? 🙄

Went out of our way and went to the mall to get almond pretzels. Went to order and pay but I was told, they don’t do “prepay” orders, and only sell what they have already made what does that mean?! What a terrible place, how do they not go out of business already?!

service here was ABYSMAL. never have i been treated with such a strong disregard and blatant disrespect. I walked up to the counter where someone was standing, and as soon as I got there the lady behind the counter left and nobody took my order for another 7 minutes. There were like 6 people behind the counter, including someone's friend who just walked behind the counter and started chatting up a storm, and not a single worker looked at us even when a line was forming. If their job is to completely ignore customers, then give them all raises! When someone finally took my order, she didn't even make eye contact or apologize for the complete lack of attention. Also pretzel cup was half sugar and half pretzels. this place is a joke.

Is it a requirement to work to be as rude as possible? Won’t say hello, won’t say thank you, and won’t even look up after handing over the food. Asking for a tip on the register is hilarious.

Daisha is the manager at this location. Jamal told us to come back in an hour for the hotdog pretzel and we waited. Came back and he lied saying it’s sold out. He also said he could not tell us if the pretzels were fresh even though he’s been behind the counter all day.

They never have pretzels, I'm at the mall several times a week and always have bad experience or they won't sell pretzels, one time I saw pretzels in the display and they refused to sell me any, they said they have to wait until the display is full..., so they rather loose money and then down customers. Needs a managment/staff change this place needs help as a managers point of view. You would see a sales increase keeping pretzels made and better staffing!

This place is a joke. It is never open at 11 and today even at 11:30 nothing was ready. Don’t bother the kids who work here are rude
