I’m the type of woman who likes to read reviews before I go to an establishment, so I was HIGHLY nervous that this would be one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I go there, I’m greeted by two girls who seem nice, they ask me what I want and explain they only have what’s in their case at the moment. I was somewhat upset with that, but settled on salted pretzel bites. I pay and start to leave but as I’m walking away and tasting my pretzels, they seem a bit overcooked:( I go back to them and tell what’s wrong. The young lady was very understanding and told me that they just switched shifts and she wasn’t aware how long those pretzels had been in the case. She gave me a full refund AND some new fresh pretzels! It’s nice to see an improvement here, if you talk to them like they’re people, they’ll treat you like one is what I have learned! She told me her name was Anna or Honor? Couldn’t tell. I will be coming back to this location. ❤️

Just went to this location and it’s 30 minutes before closing time and all the workers were standing around laughing and joking, and then one looked up and said to me that they were sold out. I figure they just stopped making food early before closing time so they wouldn’t have to break down.

This is the worst location there is I would advise anybody stopping in town center to please not stop at the Auntie Anne's the pretzels are always overcooked burnt on the bottom they never have the regular size pretzel nugget cup but it's on the menu board and most importantly I have seen roaches crawling on the floors and walls. Please don't let your kids eat from here. The employees are really nice though that's the only good thing but not enough to ever come back

Their card reader has supposedly been down ever since at least May 28th. It’s June 6th today and they still are coming up with every excuse in the book for why it’s not fixed. If over a week has passed surely they should try to call their IT department or somebody else with experience in fixing the card readers? To me it just seems like they want an excuse to not deal with customers since most people use cards these days.

Went here on Thursday 5/25 with my daughter around 4:30, it was 7 people working. Plenty of pretzel options readily made under the heat lamp. Waited in line for 15 minutes and it was only one couple in front of us. It was one lady waiting on her mobile order and a couple who was given the wrong order. During our 15 minute wait the staff joked around played on their phone, danced to music. Very unprofessional. At that point I approached the counter to order and the girl at the register said she wasn’t taking any more orders (it’s about 10 people behind me) because they are tired and will be closing for the day. I feel sorry for whoever runs this franchise. None of these kids want to work. They are unprofessional, disrespectful & take away what I’ve always known Auntie Anne’s to represent. Corporate & management needs to step in badly.

terrible customer service, they are rude, and don’t pay attention… i waited over 30 minutes for mini pretzel dogs and there was no one else there in line… then they got my order wrong and i had to wait even longer for them to make more… not to mention the attitude bc i had a coupon… no apology for the long wait… just side eye stares it is like they had an attitude with anyone ordering something that wasn’t a plain pretzel… will not be going back to this location ever! manager should be aware of this! not to mention this was at 1 pm today the slowest time at this mall!!! smh!!! i guess this the new norm for people who have to work but hate their job. i worked at mcdonald’s and this type of behavior would get you fired! fyi…

Just don't plan on ordering anything off of the menu. They will tell you they can't make it and then complain about how long it might take if you actually asked them to.
