Dont go if busy or slow kitchen just cant make it right it's either sloppy on the plate or your waiting and its warm and not the same favors glad there closing the doors good choice especially this location I'm not sad one but to see you guys close manager didnt fix food properly and just apologize and said we understaffed and busy and working fast as we can thats the thanks you get spending your hard earned money at these establishments they do not care about the quality of their food now $70 down the toilet

The food was ok. It took over 2 hours to get our food. The manager gave us a small discount off of our bill.

Feels silly writing this since I know they are closing but for those hoping to go before they do! The food was 10/10! Service was spotty, we asked the server for water and did not receive until we asked another server. We also did not get refills on our soft drinks.. the biggest issue thou was how cold the restaurant was! Apparently their heater was broken :( be sure to bundle up!

It was empty but we waited 10 minutes before being acknowledged by someone at the hostess stand and another 20 minutes to be seated due to reduced staffing. By the time we got seated and were ready to place our order, we were told they ran out of empanadas. I decided that there were too many red flags and didnt want to risk spending $100 for subpar service and food, so we left and ended up having a phenomenal meal at Copeland's instead.

So the manager at this location was the most attentive and courteous that I've ever seen. We had a 6:30 reservation and showed up early and Mr Staten, the manager, came out and seated us and others personally. Our server Elijah was great as well. Even more they were not satisfied until we were. I'm sad that Darden is closing this chain.
