Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a Bojangles, particularly at the Cherokee Steet location in Kennesaw, GA. (Wade Green) We were the ONLY car in the drive-thru, yet the staff was more focused on their ridiculous drive-thru timer than on serving their customers. I paid for our food at 5:58 PM and was told to move up to wait.
After waiting more than 20 minutes with no sign of our food or drink, I went inside to ask for a refund, only to overhear a staff member joking about our wait. Meanwhile, our food had apparently just been sitting there, untouched, in the drive-thru area. Unbelievable!
To top it off, getting my refund took another 10 minutes of waiting. I witnessed another customer waiting an unreasonable 7 minutes for a simple sandwich and fries while I stood there. Between the poor service and the lack of care for customer satisfaction, this was truly a nightmare. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Avoid this location if you value your time and appetite!

Do not come here if you believe this is a fast food restaurant. Did the survey on the receipt and no one ever followed up with me.

Make sure you check your food before you leave. They gave my husband nuggets (bo bites) that were inedible and burnt. We had to drive all the way back and get a replacement meal. Thankfully, they made it right, but they shouldn't have done it in the first place.

I arrived at around 12:20 on a Friday. I ordered inside and got a chicken sandwich meal. I was the only person inside. It took 21 mins to get my food. I was told after about 8 mins it would be 5 more mins for chicken. Total waste of my time. Not sure what was going on. They has 5 people working the back. I'll never come her again. Yes. This Bonjangles goes above and beyond. When we’d went there on a busy night an employee forgot to take in a lot of my order due to being talkative, which is perfectly fine.
After the great conversation, we turned back up to express what had happened. The very relaxed and cool manager not only had a long conversation with me, but refilled everything I’d missed, helped me out, and tossed in a few sauces! I love the way this place is being ran. Everyone here always helps or goes out of their way. Often times they’ll even give you things to try if they’re overstocked for a night.

Man I've been going to this Bojangles for years. It's right down the road from my house and I freaking love that place!!! 😍 Their chicken is so well seasoned, so crispy, so juicy on the inside. It's comfort food 1,000%. Old reliable when I want fried chicken. I love y'all! ❤️

This is by far the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. The service is astonishingly slow and orders are often incorrect. I love Bojangles but this location is a disservice to the franchise. One would think that the food would at least be fresh with how long it takes, but it’s not. Temper your expectations when dining here. I hope they can turn it around but it’s been years of this poor quality and experience.
