I ordered the 8pc dark meat with biscuits for about $21. I received 8 thighs and 4 Bo-berry biscuits. At what point was someone going to say we gave you blueberry biscuits even though that’s not what you ordered and all thighs. There was no consideration for in the event being allergic to blueberry. You don’t know what people are allergic to and you put blueberry biscuit in a box with chicken. When I came to pick up the order, I should’ve been told these are the only biscuits we have if that was the case because no one said anything and I should’ve been given another option. The customer service at this place is always lacking. I don’t understand why the management is not able to train the staff in proper customer service. I have given this place so many chances and you guys continue to fail at this point. This location needs to be closed down. I would like to be refunded.

This place is AMAZING first time here so a little awkward but the food is DELICIOUS. The employees are super friendly and the chicken is SUPER CRISPY FLAVORFUL AND SIMPLY DELICIOUS. It’s also on the cheaper side of fast food. Lot of variety including drippings and free sauce packets. Eat here now.

The girl taking orders at drive thru is rude as all Get out, from the speaker to the window to handing our food. Then proceeds to open our biscuits at the window with NO GLOVES ON. I don’t want your nasty hands touching my food with no gloves. The customer service has gone way down at this location. I’d be ashamed at having someone work at my establishment with that kind of attitude and rudeness just over ordering breakfast. I see why this location has a low rating.

Update: my receipt from our visit to the Cartersville store this morning confirms that we were charged extra by the Kennesaw store when we were there resulting in the review below ........ My wife and I decided to stop in at this Bojangles locations for breakfast .. the Biscuits and Bo Rounds were good but the BoBerry Biscuits were a little dry .. the dining area was very cold and could be cleaner as there were dirty tables from previous diners .. the bigger issue with this dining experience that I had is that we were charged extra for the Bo Rounds even though both of us ordered the Biscuit Meals with the Bo Rounds included along with the drinks .. when I questioned the associate who took our order, we were told that the menu board is incorrect but the company never updated it and brushed off the issue I raised .. be aware that you are going to be charged extra when you order a Biscuit Meal at this location and possibly at other Bojangles locations too .. love the Bo Rounds but don't like the way the company don't care about their guests enough to update their menu boards to reflect their current prices .. the two photos attached to this review shows the menu board and my receipt to support this review

Ordered 2 Cajun filet biscuits. After getting on the hwy we found out there was only 1 in the bag. Tried to call the resturaunt 4 times and they wouldn't answer the phone. We couldn't afford the time to turn around and go back to the resturaunt. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I want my money back! Very disappointed!

Food is always hit or miss, online orders are not honored in the drive-through and they make you come inside to process online orders. Long wait times and incompetent service that leads to very inconsistent service.
