Bruster's Real Ice Cream

I don't know who designed the new menu, but it makes little sense and feels like they've made ordering ice cream more complicated than it needs to be.

Showed up at 10:24pm and ordered a cookie dough milkshake. Was told they stop making milkshakes at 10:30 so I have to order something else. I ordered an ice cream and they pretty much coated the entire container with the ice cream so that it made a huge mess in the car. I think the staff might need an adjustment at this location.

Ice cream was good. But I’m not joking when I say that I waited at the window for 10-15mins before someone even acknowledged us. They focused purely on drive thru and let a line of about 12 customers build out front. Definitely not coming back.

Not having tap to pay in 2025 is kinda wild. And having someone manually write down my card info to pay is uncomfortable and unsafe to say the least

For some reason they don't have waffle bowls

Extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at Bruster’s. We arrived well before closing and waited patiently in line. It finally got to our turn at 10:58 PM — two minutes before they closed — and the staff blatantly ignored us. They continued serving others who were behind us or had already been helped, but refused to acknowledge or serve us.

We were the only ones left out, with no explanation. The way we were treated felt discriminatory — whether it was racial bias or just plain disrespect, it was unacceptable. No customer should ever feel that way, especially after waiting in line and arriving on time.

Bruster’s needs to seriously evaluate how their staff treats people. I will not be returning and would strongly caution others.

Loved our ice cream last night. Excited to try your new Kickin’ Mango Strawberry sorbet on my next visit!

A favorite of mine since I've lived here, but frequenting it recently. Staff is great, and drive thru works very well. Good prices as well.

First time at Bruster's at the Kennesaw location.The time of day no customers but us.I ordered the peanut butter cup sundae noticed after leaving just ice cream and chocolate and peanut butter sauce.After getting my ice cream the employee had to ask what the other part of the order which was a chocolate milkshake.It was good but disappointing.I usually go to the Due West location.
