First time at Bruster's at the Kennesaw location.The time of day no customers but us.I ordered the peanut butter cup sundae noticed after leaving just ice cream and chocolate and peanut butter sauce.After getting my ice cream the employee had to ask what the other part of the order which was a chocolate milkshake.It was good but disappointing.I usually go to the Due West location.

The staff here is always super friendly and very patient. Never had a bad experience. Super yummy ice cream also and let’s not forget how they also give my dog a Pup Cup

Ice cream was given to us melted and we were told thats how it should be. No manager or shift leader at this location to speak with. Employee stated what do you want me to do about it. Unprofessional and not run efficiently.

So Bruster usually never disappoints which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. I would suggest not trying any of the strawberry cheesecake as a shake. I’m pretty sure they added artificial strawberry syrup to vanilla and blended it. It was not the move. Don’t get it!!! Stick to the traditional when it comes to shakes. I will say the shake was thick like I requested. But the regular strawberry that I had the other day was 10x better than that strawberry cheesecake deal.

Took grandkids here for an after-school treat. They loved it! We ate our treats at the tables on the side. It was shady and pleasant!The girl who took our order was a bit aloof.

I went recently to get my family some ice cream because it has been a while, we ordered three blasts and a side ice cream. Two of the blasts felt like milk and Oreo drink with no ice cream feel and no Oreo bits. The last blast that was given to us was a proper blast, which to their credit was good according to the person who had it. I like this place and go to it often, this has been the first time iv gotten my order wrong.

Ordered an M&M blast in the drive through, got a half empty cup of liquid ice cream. Pretty sure it was someone's leftovers.

I arrived here to pickup a door dash order and the young adult told me she didn’t receive the order and I was at the wrong location I verified and showed her the location on my phone and I asked isn’t this the correct location ? And she goes idk. So you don’t know where you applied to work ? I assumed the system may have been down and would’ve waited for it to pop up but she was so adamant about not having received the order. There should be a responsible adult here to help guide the younger adults.
