Ordered an M&M blast in the drive through, got a half empty cup of liquid ice cream. Pretty sure it was someone's leftovers.

I arrived here to pickup a door dash order and the young adult told me she didn’t receive the order and I was at the wrong location I verified and showed her the location on my phone and I asked isn’t this the correct location ? And she goes idk. So you don’t know where you applied to work ? I assumed the system may have been down and would’ve waited for it to pop up but she was so adamant about not having received the order. There should be a responsible adult here to help guide the younger adults.

We were in the area visiting the local national park when we decided to get ice cream.This was by far the best ice cream I have ever had. My husband and three kids said the same.It was creamy, buttery and sweet all at the same time. The recipes were unique, as I’ve never seen these varieties before.It’s definitely worth a drive out of the way if you have the time.
I had a problem. Went back a couple days later, and the manager Rahta completely resolved it. I really do love the ice cream, and she was super nice about it too. She listened to me, and then responded in a respectful manner.

Its cold.the staff are always very kind and the ice cream is pretty good too, though it gets really messy. its also a lot. its just. a lot of food.Nothing to say about water or lemons.

Ice Cream ? was so delicious. I came the first and second time alone lol. The third time yes my cousin joined me. This place is my favorite place in the Kennesaw area. Waffle Cones are the best. The banana split ice Cream ? was omg delicious. My next visit will be brownie fudge banana split

It would have been 4 stars due to workers not able to read and follow instructions to put my toppings on the side BUT since I got halfway done I wind up finding a STAPLE in my ice cream. So now I'm throwing the rest away as I don't need to find anything else that shouldn't be there. Wish I could add a picture to show what foreign object I almost ate

Bruster's is great as always. The only reason its not a 5 is that their menu doesnt follow the online menu for Brusters. They also only have vanilla as a sugar free option which I feel is kind of a bust for people who want to enjoy ice cream without the sugar.

A one star because we pulled up at 10:31pm. They closed at 10:30pm. Not one scope of anything was available was turned right away saying we are closed. Not being able to serve nothing at 10:31 means you were preparing to close way before close time. Will drive to a different locations but not use this location any longer.

I would give 5 stars in if the young man working wasn't running about filling drive thru orders with his pants falling down and his behind hanging out ( in some kind of shorts but still). No one needs or wants to see that especially not in food service
