So today 7/27/22 I was in drive thru ordered two whopper with cheese and my burgers was COLD, so I turned back around because it wasn’t eatable, so the manager lady with the black and blond hair took my bag and tossed it back to a young man who was in the kitchen to put my food in the microwave with the package and call herself giving it back to me, after telling me to pull up and wait just for some burgers to be put in the microwave.The mayo lettuce was HOT MY FOOD WAS TRASH YSLL GOT TO DO BETTER ABD THE MANAGER ACTUALLY TOLD ME THST SHE WOULD EAT IT, I bet she would but not customers coming in spending money. So unprofessional they need. New manager the African guy is better when he’s on duty the food tastes so much better where was he at ??????

Come here if you want dry, dessicated fries, non-working milkshake machines, and staff too lazy to open the store three hours after the sign on the door says they're open. The building is also tiny and dark, and parking is tight.

I've been through here a couple times hoping it would be better each time....Unfortunately no, this is the reason for my post. A few times I've been told they're not accepting orders at this time which makes no sense. If you won't serve breakfast, then post it somewhere so no one is trying to order. Luckily Taco Bell had food and a friendly staff.

If you really appreciate your money, please make sure what you’re buying. has good quality. I bought some cheese and he was rotten. I don’t think they have anybody checking the control of their grocery items. I went back to the store and they asked for an exchange, and they refuse to exchange the cheese for a good one.

Unless you enjoy the taste of food that was fried in oil from a 1987 Volkswagen Golf, avoid this BK at all costs. My onion rings were inedible. Out of the 5 that I actually ate, 2 didn't even have onion in them and they were hard as a rock. I'm actually afraid to eat the sandwich I ordered. BK wouldn't refund my money but gave me a coupon for $5 off my "next order" (spoiler: I doubt I'll return). Note to the management that will never read this: changing your fryer oil once every 7 months would be a great business strategy unless you would like to continue being the laughing stock of the fast food industry.Pro- the drive-thru worker was pleasant.Con- inevitable diarrhea. apologies to my toilet in advance.
The employees here are very nice. Food tastes… meh, and numerous times I’ve gotten some very cold/overcooked fries. It’s Burger King, and the food is eyewateringly cheap, so exactly three stars seems fair. Nowhere near as good as McDonalds, but that’s 2+ miles out.As a broke vegetarian in the area, I visit here almost weekly, because the $3 Impossible Whopper on Wednesdays is too good a deal to pass up (particularly given the dearth of other meatless junk fast food options).Tonight I had a rather taxing experience where BK’s app malfunctioned and dropped the extra Impossible Patty off my sandwich. I went through the drive-thru again and received… a char-broiled all-beef patty, requiring a third awkward drive-thru visit to rectify.The error(s) were nobody’s fault, but after (accidentally) eating a single bite of that unbelievably watery, greasy, tasteless beef, I now understand why resident carnivores aren’t flocking to the King in droves.Get what you pay for; everyone’s a critic; et cetera et cetera.

Went there and their soda machine was broken. Seemed like employees did not care… and short staff. Restaurant was nasty and dirty including the bathrooms.

That so called Mgr hung up on me and let the rest of my calls go to voice mail. This is a Ghetto. Hood Rat location. Do Not eat or pick up food from 3280 Barrett Lakes Blvd Kennesaw

Horrible service. Had to repeat my order 7 times and they still got it wrong. Their card pos system was down so they were cash only luckily I had cash for them. Fries were hard and cold me they put cheese when I specifically told them no cheese on my whopper. Will NOT be back. If I could rice them ZERO stars I would.
