I drive through I can barely hear through the speaker. Then she raises her voice then still hard to make out what is said. I can't stand when I am asked rudely if that's all after each item I am ordering. Bk stop doing that it's RUDE. Then I get home and missing one of my nuggets. I call store and rings both times I called to talk to a manager. Bk do better. Remember your customers pay your check without them you have no hours. Be kind and make sure orders are filled.

This is the worst BK that I have ever been to. It was a Sunday evening around 8:30. There were 4 employees and we were the only ones there. It took over 10 minutes to get our food. The burgers were not made the way we ordered them and the fries were stone cold. I brought my burger back and waited over 5 minutes to get it back. The guy taking orders was trying, but the guys in the back seemed to care less. I will never return to this particular BK again.

Pulled up around 6:35 was out by 6:43. I got 2 Original chicken sandwich and 2 medium fries were all hot and fresh! The guy at the window was pleasant. No attitude like usual fast food spots even when I needed him to repeat hisself Twice. AND THEY HAVE KETCHUP WITHOUT HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP so I don’t need to eat this sandwich dry??? I appreciate it. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

My entire order was incorrect. They lied about not having a shake machine, didn't offer a refund, gave me a wrap, burger, fries, cheese sticks, and sauce. I am allergic to cheese due to the dairy, but I can handle a little. I can't have cheese sticks. Way too much cheese. I ordered 2 burgers, onion rings, and a shake. Got nothing I wanted. The burger they gave wasn't correct and had onions, ketchup, mustard, no bacon, and no pickles. She checked the bag and receipt before handing it to me. She knew what I ordered and gave me NOTHING correct. I want a refund because you can't mess up this badly, know you messed up, and still give them the wrong order. I honestly just want a refund. They won't give me a refund. Never go to BK. My best friend had similar problems and they didn't give him a refund. Oh yeah, there was also hair in the food. They need someone from a food safety place to check them. Never go to Burger King. They just steal your money and give you incorrect items. 100% a 0/10. The lady could have at least been nice instead of rude and awfully horrible.

Ice cream machine has been broken for months. Last time I ordered ice cream, they comped it with a hersey pie. This time they offered me a cookie. Thankfully, I only paid with expiring reward points.
