Ordered a whopper meal. I wish i had my phone to submit pictures of the absolute disaster whopper served to me. It was nothing shy of a gooey soggy mess. When I lifted the burger up to eat it, the burger started to slide out from the bun and the dressing dripped all over my shirt and car seat. It wasn't even edible, unfortunately I was in a hurry and in my car driving. The fries were warm and not salted enough. I just don't understand how someone could prepare that mess and pass it off to a customer. I have no plans to go to another burger king in the near future.

Store closed 15 minutes early and refused my service. I placed and paid for my order online and pulled up to the drive thru at 11:53pm, 8 minutes after ordering, and a worker outside said they were closed. I asked what time the store closed because online it was saying open and I thought maybe Google was incorrect. The employee said midnight but they closed early to clean up and I would have to request a refund on my order through the app. Not happy at all. Poor service and they don't even care what time they're supposed to close. They just close when they want.

Did an online order, and everything was messed up. when i called to get a refund, the manager had 0 custoner service skills over the phone saying how do you expect me to do a refund over the phone instead of letting me know that doing it over the phone was not doable. It was a good thing i looked at the burger before biting into it because i have 0 spice tolerance, and this burger had jalapenos on it. This was supposed to be my pre work meal so i had the energy for my shift, and instead I had to work on a nearly empty stomach. i will now avoid this location like the plague.

I will never Eat Burger King again. I bought a simple Burger King meal, wasnt able to hold it down longer than one hour I got home and threw up 6 times. They need to change their fry oil and menu because I was really sick. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS. Menu Pricing is wrong in comparison to charges.

Usually very good fresh food during the day. Today I had an issue that was later taken care of after I got off work. I was on lunch and ordered some food here and asked for no onions that I'm allergic to them and got back to work to wolf down my food only to find onion on my sandwich and the Fry's were old. I didn't have time to come back right away and had to wait. I got here to talk to management and the lobby doors were locked not sure if they were short handed but the young lady with the pink hair helped me and remade my food.
The workers were very rude and the food was nasty I found a hair in my burger and the restaurant had a odd smell and a particular employee who they still allow to work their is very disrespectful hostile and aggressive I believe her name is kendra

Date 10/24/2024. Piss poor service. Location closes at 12, pull up to drive thru at 11:49. Doors were locked & drive thru was non responsive. Drove up to the drive through window & a young man with dreads who was making himself food, refused to service me. I even pleaded & he still refused. I was fresh off work with low sugar. I didn’t want nothing more than chicken fries & a small coke. Luckily, the Waffle House across the street was still open & was able to grab something before my ride home . Or else I probably wouldn’t have made it home. Shame on that young man for refusing my service, I could’ve been in serious trouble (health wise) due to his laziness.

I travel this route from time to time didn't get off this exit. The only reason I stop at Burger King for breakfast is because it's conveniently located off the highway of the four times I've been here after they're supposed to be open the doors are locked and they're not open. They just open whenever they want to open so I will not be stopping here again. If you're looking for some place eat don't stop here. They just open whenever they want to open. I can't comment on the food service or atmosphere because again they aren't open when they're supposed to be so it's going to get one star. Maybe if you try opening people can rate your food service and atmosphere higher
