We had it delivered... I've never had Burger Fi before but HOLY MOLY is it delicious!! Everything tastes so good! One of the best burgers I've had. The fries are phenomenal.

We ordered take out and got confused with how to add/remove toppings and ended up placing a late order that was not what we wanted (which was our fault) and when who i’m assuming is the cook/manager saw that it was not what we wanted he was very helpful and remade the food even though they were closing. We really appreciated it considering he did not have to do that for us. Above and beyond customer service!

We're big burger lovers, though sometimes it is difficult to accommodate my gluten issues, but BurgerFi totally nailed it! They have a burger salad that met my burger needs without the gluten indulgence. Both my husband and my burgers were juicy and tender. The flavors melded well for the best burger experience!

Burgers tasted excellent! My daughter went in to pick up the food and said the restaurant was immaculate and the server was very friendly. Many cars started driving up so it seems like a great food spot. I'll be going back to eat in.

Average burgers - the uninspired tasting burgers rate two stars and adding a star for the exceptional personalities at the order counter. This chain (that is, franchisee) declared bankruptcy this week, our experience underlies why. Burgers are a bit overpriced and lack taste.

Burger patty is surprisingly small. Cheese not melted. Otherwise a great tasting burger. Great lettuce, okay tomato - kind you would find at the grocery, not the farmers market.
Music is a little loud for having conversations. I think the issue is that they have wall speakers instead of ceiling speakers spread out. So you may need to pick your table carefully.
Service staff is good. Kitchen shrugged off the patty size.

Small burger joint with charm! Great hamburgers and fries, great location in downtown Kennesaw, clean restaurant including the bathrooms.
Kid-friendliness: My 4 year old was with us and the bathrooms were perfect. She also enjoyed her kids hot dog.
