I’ve eaten here several times and am a big fan of the Bobbie. Today I ordered medium Bobbie warm. My sandwich was luke warm at best, so sloppy I could barely hold it to eat it. However the most atrocious part was it had a huge bone in it! I’ve attached a picture - the large object in the foreground which is almost half the size of my sandwich was found in my first bite! Totally unacceptable

We were so excited to see a Capriotti’s in Georgia but unfortunately, Georgia seems to turn good restaurants into bad ones. Been going in Vegas for years! Our first visit in Georgia was a couple weeks ago and it was great, good food and good service. Tonight was disappointing. I ordered on the mobile app and wanted to add cheese to The Bobbie but it wasn’t offered. I immediately called and got someone I couldn’t even understand. I explained about wanting cheese, that I’d pay for it, and he said rudely that it didn’t come with cheese. I know! That’s why I want to add it. He said, ok “I got you”. Get home, no cheese. Frustrating.

I had a great experience! The cashier Ben was patient, helpful, and friendly. The food came out super quick! I had the Wagyu American cheesesteak and it does not disappoint! Delicious!

I have been to this location multiple times, both dining in and for take out, and every time the sandwiches hit the spot. If you haven’t tried the cheesesteak (add bacon, lettuce, tomato, and hot peppers), make it a priority. They also do catering!

I have been looking for a decent Philly Cheesesteak forever. FOUND IT!!! Literally exactly what I was looking for!!! The Philly was literally spilling meat out! The Bobbie is the best sandwich ever, otherwise it's a perfectly fine sub shop.

The sandwich was actually pretty good and the staff was really nice, but I just cannot get over paying $10 for the half sandwich only. Harley would’ve been closer to $20 if I got the meal.
