I’ve been going to this caribou location since they opened and it has been an amazing experience every single time. From the manager to the baristas. Very knowledgeable and always happy to help. Love the seasonal drinks ! It’s always very clean. Will be back for sure.

I love Caribou but unfortunately I've started to have negative experiences at this location. I have a medical condition that requires me to be very cautious and conscious of my caffeine intake, otherwise I risk an ER visit, so I always get my drinks decaf. Today when I went I ordered my drink decaf as usual but it tasted like regular espresso. I even had my brother, who was my passenger, try it and he agreed. He went in to ask that they remake it but the worker insisted that it was decaf and their "decaf just tastes like regular espresso." I decided not to risk it and drove twenty miles to another location (Atlanta Peachtree) where they were incredibly kind and made sure my coffee was made correctly and safe for me to drink.

I usually go to this store and I have never had an issue. On October 19, 2024 I went during the morning hours to have my birthday breakfast. As soon as we came into the store the first thing we were advised that the Turtle Mocha cold would take a little longer as they ran out of caramel and they had to grab a new caramel from the back. We were okay with that. They call us to pick our two lumberjack sanwiches and the first thing we were told was we better move quick as other customers were taking other peoples food. Which can be avoided if the orders were called by name, but by the name of the product. We grabbed our sandwiches and proceed to eat the whole thing. After 15 minutes they aclled the Turtle Mocha, it was served hot and I proceed to tell her that the mocha is supposed to be cold. The barista looked at me and did not even acknowldge it, she just ignored it. I stood there for another couples of minutes and the barista asks me with an attitude: what do you want? I proceed to tell her that I was missing the other mocha hot. She kept asking me to repeat my order again and after doing so she handed me the other mocha on a bad attitude. It was the worst experience that I have had on this location, it almost made me want to cry because of the frustration if startimg my birthday being treated so poorly. It was clear that theres was tension, and they were overwhelmed, but the customer service was incredibly lacking and left me with a horrible experience
Insides nice, but if you’re going through drive through it can easily take 20 minutes to get one drink when you’re the only one there. I would come a lot more often, if the drive thru didn’t take forever!

I was so happy to see that my FAVORITE coffee shop opened in my area, I love this place! They have always been so much better than their competitors on a LOT of LEVELS. So happy Caribou Coffee is in my neighborhood, now I can get back to enjoying GREAT COFFEE! BTW...they just opened so give them time to get up to speed on the quick drive thru service, still the best in my book! Yay Caribou Coffee, see you again tomorrow!!! ?

Really happy with my visit! Smiles and friendly demeanor go a long way with me. My vanilla latte with oat milk was really good and my just egg wrap was a perfect vegan bite for a quick breakfast.
