It wont be shocking to many but this place has a serious issue with people picking up deliveries that aren't theirs and delivery drivers who steal food orders. They also have an issue communicating that to you properly and don't mind making you wait 5 minutes before informing you that youre SOL

Shawna customer service was on point! You don’t get much great service ordering in spaces like this all the time . I was very picky because it was my second time ordering and when I ask to have my falafel remade she ask with no hesitation! The team is Pleasant no attitudes they all are there to get the the job done! Thank you Shawna! So much be blessed

OMG 😲 This was my first time trying CAVA and it was delicious 😋 The servers were very polite and patient with me. While asking what the ingredients were they explained and advised me of their favorites 🙃 which helped me build the perfect bowl 🥣 the salmon took the cake. I almost ate the entire bowl before leaving the parking lot 😉

It is somewhat loud inside, very bustling at lunch time. Crew is kind and efficient. Plenty of room for seating. Food is seems fresh and a great option for veggies and while foods for ppl on raw diet or keto. I will say that for $20 it is on the higher end. If you're going at lunch they get really busy so go before 12.

This is the second time in a row I’ve been to this location and the service has been subpar. You used to be able to ask for anything on the menu and it would be available and with reasonable proportions. In these last two visits, more than one Maine’s item has been “out” (no pita, little meat portions, and smaller portions of humus, sauces, and veggies to make everything last). If you ask for a regular portion size, it’s an additional fee. I understand that both of my visits were in the evening, but the store had at least 90 minutes before closing on both occasions. I’m unsure if I’ll be back to this location.
Me and my husband eat here many times. It is wayy better than Chipotle. The chicken taste really fresh. It taste healthy too but very tasty!! The vibe is amazing. The people that have served me have been nice.

I would just advise to not have the cashier also be the same person filling the pita chips with the same hands they count physical cash with 🤢. I started to ask her to change her gloves, but also shouldn’t have had to. I know it wasn’t intentional, but it’s still a bummer to witness as a paying customer who now has contaminated food.
