Charleys Cheesesteaks

I had to return my order twice because the cook has a horrible attitude as well as the manager. I had to demand a refund as she tried to blame everyone but her staff for the constant mistakes while showing the receipt that displayed the correct order which was ignored then lied to me and stated she would compensate for my meal by issuing a refund and giving me the correct order which she said was already made but the bad attitude cook was just making it after I waited 30 mins for it to be completed after being told it would be 5 mins. Staff and management are horrible

This is not the move. I received my food and was thinking they were still about to load it. My sandwich had maybe two tablespoons worth of protein. This felt like a Jimmy John’s sandwich in all the worst ways. Spare yourself and your wallet.

My go to usually at the mall.The sandwiches are always good and the different selections of lemonades are tasty,they use real fruit.

Customer service sucks and the pics of the food is total false advertisement. The Chicken Philly comes with such a little bit of meat with a thick hoagie bun. I regret my decision to get food from here.

Food is fine however the staff are abysmal. Every time I have gone there, no matter who is working, the employees will give you dirty looks for even thinking about ordering a sandwich. I know im not the only one who thinks this because as seen by the many reviews, people all share the same opinion. The staff will talk about you in spanish assuming you don't know what they are saying, however even someone with a very surface level understanding of the language can quickly figure out what they are talking about. They are not very sneaky (or smart) in how they talk.

Had to go into the mall and stopped with my teenage son to grab some cheesesteaks. Two cheesesteak baskets for $40.they griddled up what looked like four little Steakumm, frozen pieces to make some puny sandwiches covered in lettuce and tomatoes(which we didn't ask for) that tried to cover their puniness. Both of us left hungry.

This mall food was low quality, it felt very poorly constructed without care. The fries were soggy. Honestly I ate this and later got sick, I have a fever it started from this chicken sub.

If I could leave a zero I would !I walked up to place an order and 4 workers stood there for 4 minutes speaking in Spanish and laughing , and just looking at me . No one wanted to take my order and I felt so bad ! All I wanted was to get food for my daughter and I . I ended up walking away and going across to Chick-fil-A and received the best service !
