I NEVER give all 5 stars but not only do the cooks DO THEY thang back there they all migos fr. ( I'm a Migo) and The customer service is awesome especially Mina in the register she's soo nice and is always excited to see me or happy. Mina dis for you! Thank u. And the atmosphere always not too loud / Not too many ppl fr sometimes i like when it's empty cuz i'm usually alone sitting there eating by my lonely fr. Food is always consistent in Great flavor AND freshness & my fries STEADY crispyyy det my favorite. 🥺 and today they brought my food to my table. Usually the beeper vibrate and one comes up but today was extra awesome

Terrible burgers. I ordered food for my family and if I'd of known it was that bad I'd of ordered McDonald's or Burger King 👑. They say best burger but I'm truly sorry they aren't even close. Maybe worst burger in town. And service was terrible as well.

As good as my local Bobby's. Cooked fresh, plenty of fries. Coke products and fresh signature teas. Better than the 5 fellas imo.

We ordered dine in through the kiosk. Haven’t been here before, wasn't sure how it all worked. Ordered cheeseburger meal, oddly enough had to choose what goes on it, even though there’s a condiment bar. They give you your drink cups, with your food, we didn't know, so we helped ourselves to cups. The burgers were small. Get the double if you want more than a child size portion. They were seasoned with something that reminded me of onion powder, so if you are not a fan of onions, you may not like the taste. Fries weren’t terrible.

Something is going on at this location. The food was fine, about what was expected. The order wasn’t accurate, but they fixed it. The outside sign turned off at 8:13, effectively telling the public that they were closed. But we went in because the door said they were open until 9. (The website says 10.) They explained that they were closing, so they’d be giving us our food in take out styrofoam containers, but we were free to stay and eat in. Starting at 8:34, they began to turn away customers that came in saying they were no longer taking orders. At 8:43 they locked the doors. Overall, everything seemed very unprofessional and the staff began mopping and taking out trash while we were still eating. We left around 8:50. We’ve never felt less welcome at a public restaurant. Like I said, the food was fine…just don’t come anytime within 2 hours of closing.

We usually go to this location 1-3 times a month with our grandson, as it is his favorite place. But the owner or management has changed and so has the food, service, and cleanliness. The fries, which are usually outstanding, were soggy and little pieces. The hot fudge sundae lacked hot fudge - just a little smeared around the inside of the cup. I had to ask for more as it was mostly ice cream. The kitchen looked filthy and the staff couldn't even manage a smile. Won't be back until they clean up their act and get new management!

We have been a few times and not impressed but needed something near where we were today so went in and wanted chicken tenders. We went today at 12:30pm. First, the chicken fingers were so small that if put together could equal one big finger and of course charged same price. In the past the burgers have been overcooked. 2 workers standing around and there was plenty they could be doing- Drink area dirty, floor slippery, women’s room needed tending to the trash and floor was sopping wet. 1 kid working had AirPods on and left dirty mop bucket near condiment counter. Condiments running out and the containers . It was so hot in there we had to leave we were sweating so bad. Management needs to do something or they won’t be open long.

Went to eat here around 6-7pm. Overall experience wasn't too bad. Place was clean. Only thing is it took a while for our food to come out, but it's understandable to an extent as I assume they cook the patties fresh. Building is definitely updated and modern looking.
Vegetarian options: They have an option for you to get an impossible vegan burger. They allow you to add this party to any of their select burger types as well.

Taty focused on details and customer services; Tracey had a tremendously inviting present for incoming customers, and the young man who took my order. We went to the location on Cobb Pkwy. The food and service was excellent but the dining area was awful dirty and it stink! Can’t imagine what the bathrooms look like! I feel if you don’t have the staff to maintain cleanliness of the dining area, then you should take the option, to dine in, away until you do!

I've been here a few times. This location is never busy, that could be a good thing or bad...Food is lack luster, I had the burger and it was cooked fine. My son had tenders and they were really small and slightly over-cooked.The Bobby's sauce pump was missing and you had to ask for cups (they were not kept at proper temp and were VERY warm).The mayo pump was not functioning properly, the handle was broken and was kept in place by the use of electrical tape.The ice-cream/shake machine was down as well and leaking all over the floor behind the counter. Maybe they're having an off day?Sadly, I may not return to this location. Good luck!
