This was definitely not a normal Chick-fil-A experience. It took forever to get food, it was around 1:30 PM, so not even a lunch-rush. The employees looked miserable, and my interaction with two of them made me feel as if I was bothering them by ordering food. There was no positive energy or optimism by the staff.

After waiting 25 minutes for the salad they didn't give me fork .and when I back told her she throw it in rude way and she didn't said sorry even. It's disrespect bad

The cashier was a delight,
My food was piping hot, and my sandwich had a slight perfume taste to it.
I know they share tables in the mall. Hopefully, they change them. Some of the tables need repairing or replacing them. Good service overall

No frosted coffee, It's been a week their machine is not working

Surprised how bad the food was!!!
Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich.
The bread was stale, and crumbly.
The chicken was dry.
Overall the sandwich had a dry and sour taste.
Very unlike Chick-fil-A to serve food like this!!

Waiting to be help. They carry on with their conversation without acknowledging I was standing. I asked if they were open or servicing. “Manager” started laughing and walked away. Very disappointing

Yall so why am I in here waiting on my food and a rat hopped on the counter from behind the counter? Like seriously, HUGE damn near a New York rat like it was hugeeeee. And then the cashier refused to give me a refund for my food claiming it came from in front of the counter. Mind you I’m right next to the counter so I know it didn’t. Who in this world wants to eat food that a rat has been climbing all over? That’s disgusting. The cashier claimed to be the manager… if so get a new one maybe? She got an attitude with me over the rat with the same breath she acted surprised with.

I eat at Town center location for 7 years because I work in the mall last time the fries was so bed I make a picture and come back to talk with manager she say she will replace but when I come next time the other manager make a problem and she want give me another fries I ask can I have something else because I already have a meal she say no only fries she was rude and her name was Alison very disappointed for the service of this location

Worst one in state BY FAR. Customer service is so disorganized and the wait is INSANE. The Franchisee needs to figure out a better system.

Stood there waiting for my mobile order for 15 minutes, staff told me they “didn’t have it” even after I showed them my app. Ended up giving me the wrong sandwich and was extremely rude.

i work in the mall so i come here often and let me tell you guys, this location is AMAZING. everyone is always so sweet, they’re very accommodating, and their food is always bomb. whoever makes the cookies, YOURE THE BEST. 5/5 on everything.
