Waiting to be help. They carry on with their conversation without acknowledging I was standing. I asked if they were open or servicing. “Manager” started laughing and walked away. Very disappointing

Yall so why am I in here waiting on my food and a rat hopped on the counter from behind the counter? Like seriously, HUGE damn near a New York rat like it was hugeeeee. And then the cashier refused to give me a refund for my food claiming it came from in front of the counter. Mind you I’m right next to the counter so I know it didn’t. Who in this world wants to eat food that a rat has been climbing all over? That’s disgusting. The cashier claimed to be the manager… if so get a new one maybe? She got an attitude with me over the rat with the same breath she acted surprised with.

I eat at Town center location for 7 years because I work in the mall last time the fries was so bed I make a picture and come back to talk with manager she say she will replace but when I come next time the other manager make a problem and she want give me another fries I ask can I have something else because I already have a meal she say no only fries she was rude and her name was Alison very disappointed for the service of this location

Worst one in state BY FAR. Customer service is so disorganized and the wait is INSANE. The Franchisee needs to figure out a better system.

Stood there waiting for my mobile order for 15 minutes, staff told me they “didn’t have it” even after I showed them my app. Ended up giving me the wrong sandwich and was extremely rude.

i work in the mall so i come here often and let me tell you guys, this location is AMAZING. everyone is always so sweet, they’re very accommodating, and their food is always bomb. whoever makes the cookies, YOURE THE BEST. 5/5 on everything.

Thursday evening I reunited with a HS friend at your store. Susan S approached our table and asked if we needed refills. She must have noticed my friend had been crying, and she returned with a drink and cookies. Her kindness and compassion truly uplifted our spirits. Then, before she left for the evening, she checked with us again, and we had a lovely chat. We discovered we were all retired teachers and enjoyed reminiscing together. Susan S went went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Good grief… it took them 18 minutes to get me my order. Absolutely no excuse… it wasn’t busy and they had 3 people in the kitchen and 3 people working the front.I cannot even comprehend the level of apathy these employees had. I’ve seen prison inmates clean up trash on the highway with more enthusiasm.

This used to be the best chick fil a. They got new management recently and it’s been downhill since. Ordering a drink ONLY takes 10-15 min.. I ordered a salad today and it took 20 min, and the salad was WRONG anyways, but i didn’t have time to go back. Last time, I ordered a sweet tea only and waited over 15 minutes because they cleared my order off their screen without giving me the drink. The employees are also not as friendly as the previous ones, and not the type of service you expect when going to a chick fil a. I don’t blame them though. The new manager just needs to find his teams flow, which they clearly haven’t yet found.

I have ordered the large fries today at the town center mall, it's not even filled to full. I guess it's the 4th or 5th time I am seeing this. The quantity is way less than what it has to be offered. Disappointed.

I really love it chickefila! But that location looks like McDonalds, slow, Not pleasant staff, never again
