i work in the mall so i come here often and let me tell you guys, this location is AMAZING. everyone is always so sweet, they’re very accommodating, and their food is always bomb. whoever makes the cookies, YOURE THE BEST. 5/5 on everything.

Thursday evening I reunited with a HS friend at your store. Susan S approached our table and asked if we needed refills. She must have noticed my friend had been crying, and she returned with a drink and cookies. Her kindness and compassion truly uplifted our spirits. Then, before she left for the evening, she checked with us again, and we had a lovely chat. We discovered we were all retired teachers and enjoyed reminiscing together. Susan S went went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Good grief… it took them 18 minutes to get me my order. Absolutely no excuse… it wasn’t busy and they had 3 people in the kitchen and 3 people working the front.I cannot even comprehend the level of apathy these employees had. I’ve seen prison inmates clean up trash on the highway with more enthusiasm.

This used to be the best chick fil a. They got new management recently and it’s been downhill since. Ordering a drink ONLY takes 10-15 min.. I ordered a salad today and it took 20 min, and the salad was WRONG anyways, but i didn’t have time to go back. Last time, I ordered a sweet tea only and waited over 15 minutes because they cleared my order off their screen without giving me the drink. The employees are also not as friendly as the previous ones, and not the type of service you expect when going to a chick fil a. I don’t blame them though. The new manager just needs to find his teams flow, which they clearly haven’t yet found.

I have ordered the large fries today at the town center mall, it's not even filled to full. I guess it's the 4th or 5th time I am seeing this. The quantity is way less than what it has to be offered. Disappointed.
I made a purchase today which was extra Oreo cookie crumbs in my parfait and Manager did not give me what I paid for…The service at this particular location has hit an all time low and will never come back to this location…if I can rate the service a Zero 0, then I would rather do that…

The customer service was wonderful, I mistakenly didn’t order a meal with my 8 count nugget and I offered to pay for the fries but they gave me the fries for free. I’m not rating them base on the free fries but I never have a issue at chick-fil-a . I come to this location quite often and it’s always a pleasure to be serve by them! Thank you Nate and your team for always showing great customer service.
