I came here during a short campus lunch break expecting quick service, but it took 50 minutes to get my food — and that was only after I went up to the counter at the 30-minute mark to ask where my order was. It had been lost entirely.
No one told me this was a training event, there were no visible signs, and I only learned about it afterward when I complained. If I’d known, I could have chosen somewhere else and made it back to my faculty meeting on time.
When my food finally came, the drink was wrong, the fries were mushy, and my nuggets looked like fewer pieces cut smaller to make up the count. For a brand that prides itself on speed and accuracy, this was the exact opposite — and based on other reviews here, it seems like slow service and incorrect orders are a recurring problem.

The food quality is the same as other locations, but you will always wait 45 minutes to an hour or more for your food, regardless if it’s a mobile order or ordered in person. Because I know this now, I decided to order 45 minutes ahead of the time I was planning to take lunch today. When I got there, it still wasn’t ready. Once the food was ready, it had been an hour since the order was placed. Then I waited another 30 minutes just for my drink. As a staff member, I can only take an hour lunch. I ordered ahead of taking lunch to avoid wasting my break standing in line. I still wasted half of it just to get a sweet tea. Just go off campus if you want CFA. It’s way quicker.

Drinks took forever and no forks or napkins were given even after specifically requesting them, same with a request for no ice. Also, there is just a huge crowd which makes it hard to go up and get food, and always disorganized.

On Friday 8/30/24, I was served the worst Chick Fil A chicken biscuit that I have ever eaten, coming from a former CFA employee of 5 years. I am honestly considering contacting corporate; that's how bad it was. As a former food service employee, it takes A LOT for me to complain about an experience. This one meets that qualification.
The biscuit was burnt and was legitimately crunchy. The chicken had the breading ripped off and was incredibly dry. I get American Cheese on my biscuits, and the cheese looked like it had been sitting out all night. I have had issues with the service at this location before, but never the food before today. If you are driving to KSU in the morning, it would be better to stop at the CFA on Chastain instead of relying on this campus location to get it right.

The food is Chick-fil-A. I won’t get it five stars, but it was a good chick fil a! Staff was extremely friendly and nice, and the line went fast despite the crowd.
