I come here about once a week I will say the mobile thru is horrendous.. you get stuck in like waiting on the QR code closer to the outside menus area.. would be nice if they moved one QR code to the very beginning of the line and keep one at the menus to make it more convenient as this line is slower than the drive thru. Other than that the food is always fresh and team members are great. 👍🏻

WOW!!! Just WOW!! Today, I went through the drive thru for breakfast. As I'm ALWAYS majorly impressed by Chic Fil A drive thru efficiency, this one this morning was SUBPAR by all measures. The drive thru is divided by mobile and drive up orders. Excellent idea to expedite those who've ordered via the app and not getting drive up orders convoluted. But today, as I waited in the drive up line for over 5 mins, not moving at all, I decided to just get out of line and go in. As I navigated thru the dividers and pulled into the mobile order line, I thought I could get through quickly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. As the 2 cars ahead of me had already entered the mobile line about 2 mins or so before I decided to go in. After waiting ANOTHER 3 mins for the cars ahead of me to get their orders so I can exit the line. I parked, went in, ordered, and came out before the utility truck that was in front of me even got to the window to get their order. So I got my meal faster than the drive thru did AFTER waiting for almost 12 mins in the drive thru, the time to park and get out, go in, order, and receive my meal. ChicFilA, you can do better!

I used to go to this location but on 2 separate occasions they got my order wrong. I would get home and realize smh the last time they got my order wrong, I went to return it & they fixed it so that was great. The next time I went, I said thank you & the workers were rude and didn’t even say hello when they brought my order to me. So not like chick fil a!! I guess they were mad, because I called the manager those other 2 times, but I don’t care. If I’m paying for something, I should get exactly what I want. Anyway, that’s the last time I went to this location.

So disappointed. Biscuits taste like melted plastic. Really not the Chick-fil-A that I used to love.No smiles from staff. Granted I went through the drive through, but it was not a pleasant or personal experience like it used to be.

Tragically poor drive through experience today. Far slower than normal, no one apologizing for the ridiculous wait and what appeared to be very little Management oversight. What happened to this location? I have been here before and had a far more efficient experience at the same time of day.

What happened to this location? I can for lunch and it was incredibly slow and employees were laughing and joking around with each other instead of timely getting food to customers. Drive through took far longer than any chic fil a in the past during the same time so not sure what the breakdown was. Bad experience and will reduce future visits.

I’ve been to this location four times now since their renovation (I don’t live close by), and each time was through the mobile thru. Each time they’ve done the exact same thing- fill the four cars orders and deliver them before they do the car at the very front of the line. Then after five minutes or more they get to that car. This results in my fries being cold by the time I get out of the line because you’re locked in with nowhere to go until that front car moves! I work fast food, have for over a decade now- even at a Chick-fil-A once! I’ve never seen anything like this, it’s ridiculous.
And why did the person filling my order tonight wipe their nose with the palm of their hand while handing me my drink? Gross.

Did mobile thru order. Did the order and was in line 15 minutes before closing but for whatever reason, both drive thru lines were absolutely gridlocked. I’ve never seen anything like it. I moved about 15 feet in over 10 minutes. It took so long that I couldn’t actually scan. By the time I was close enough to scan the QR with my camera, it was 2 minutes after closing and my order completely vanished. And I was still trapped! In all, I spent almost 20 minutes in the drive thru line and didn’t even get my food!
People are going in 10 minutes after I arrived and coming out with their food when because I ordered five biscuits I had to wait longer. Don't think that's appropriate

This location is getting sloppy with getting orders correct! Third time recently part of my order has either been wrong or missing. Always feel rushed to check order when there are 20 cars sitting behind you waiting for you to leave.

Brought my daughter home from labor and delivery. She wanted a milkshake. They forgot the straws and the traffic was too thick and heavy to go back around. Please remember the straws😢

We went here last night because I was given a gift card. We're not huge Chic-Fil-A people, but it's free food. Food was good. Nothing fantastic. The young man at the counter was incredibly helpful and pleasant. I upgraded my meal drink to the key lime frozen lemonade. Basically was just a lime shake, and sweet. No sour flavor you usually get with limes, which was a bummer. I love the sour!
Overall, food came out fast and was a good experience. Just nothing special like the die-hards say! Haha

Usually never disappointed at CFA but i paid delivery for something that was incorrect and while they credited a free beverage reward they were not able to refund or assist in getting a new item sent and told me I had to get a refund from doordash but doordash does not have any transaction as the transaction is with CFA. Whoever I spoke to was not helpful. At all.
I ordered chick n minis and this is what it looked like when I opened the box. I won't be back to this location..
