Put in a mobile order for pick up. They left us waiting 25 min, served everyone else, and then finally let us know there were no more chicken biscuits after waiting 25 minutes. They also got my drink wrong... go to another location

My order is right 99.9%% of the time and when it's not they provide an immediate coupon for the item in my app. Even if the lines are wrapped around the building they are pretty efficient! Plus this owner gives various coupons for free food or free delivery often. The food is always great too🥰

This was an uncharacteristicly poor experience at a chick fil a. Dined in and ordered at the table. Easy no issues and the food arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the chicken sandwich lacked much chicken and they didnt bring out the drinks. 5 minutes later the milkshake appeared. Eventually had to go up and ask about the rest, despite several employees milling around the dining room. Probably won't return to this particular chick fil a.

My experience was so good I felt like leaving a review! I ordered ahead using the mobile app and dined in. The service was quick, the staff were courteous and friendly. The thing I loved the most was the atmosphere- this was one of the best Chic-Fil-A’s i’ve ever been to as the place is extremely clean, modern and well maintained. There was even free mouthwash in the restrooms! Safe to say I was very impressed. Thanks for the great experience! :)

So I am a signature member at chick-fil-a so I go by them quite often so I am aware how the product is meant to look. The time before I came through this chick-fil-a The fruit cup was underfilled but I wasn't worried about it because that can be an accident but this last order I got was very bad. All the quality of food was bad. The first thing i will list is not the end of the world; I ordered a breakfast filet It was broken into separate pieces. It was still edible so it was fine just disappointing. I also ordered the Mini rolls and they had no honey butter at all which we all know is the best part. So that really sucked but its not harmful either. Now for this next fruit cup the photo I have does not quite cover how bad it looks in reality. The apples have gone so bad they're going clear almost. They were a weird brown color and if it wasn't brown it was clear from rotting. They have also been there so long there was a pool of water that filled at least half the cup. Not like I was going to eat it after seeing that so it doesn't matter but there were not strawberries either. The staff was nice. So no complaint there but I didn't notice the quality of food till I was gone.

For my first visit here. They were pretty great, very helpful and respectful. Drivethru line took a little bit of time to move through but nothing to horrible. Still overall nice.

This franchise owner seems to play with veterans day. I asked prior about thier participation in Chick-fil-A Veterans day promotion and was told they were. Then I was told only at lunch when I showed up for breakfast. It seems like a marketing gimmick.
