They got my order wrong and felt unwelcomed and the manager acted annoyed when I said that they got the order wrong. I work at another Chick Fi La and I promise you that no matter how busy the service should not be like that ever. The remake also took forever, which whenever it is a remake it should take priority. Definitely needs to be better management.

Do not buy the Chicken Soup. It was horrible. I only received 3 tiny pieces of chicken, not the norm. It was fried chicken!

That was the worst soup I've ever had, and I have never seen or had it served that way before.

It's like they weren't prepared and just threw in some chicken!

Well, if you don't say something, they can get away with it. RIGHT! Never, will I buy their soup again.

And another thing!

Their service was SLOW. Like they really didn't know what was going on. NEW Management?

When i arrived, they told me to get out of the line because it was too busy. Then they let the person behind me in, so I had to go park my car and pick up my order inside of the restaurant. The food was great and was still warm when I got home. Service was absolutely nowhere to be seen on the outside, but inside of the premises, the service was great. Took them 10 minutes to make my food.

My sandwich was left out of my bag. After sitting on hold for 15 minutes, they said they would put a free sandwich on my rewards account (which wasn’t free because I had already paid for it at the restaurant, I just didn’t get it!) I understand it gets busy, but how hard can it be to make sure all the food is in the bag. I will check my bag for now on even if it does hold up the line!

Always friendly, but be sure to check your order add I go three times a week for breakfast and have issues. The lines are usually long, but most of the time, they go pretty fast. Guess it depends on the manager that is there.

Very disappointed. Not my typical experience which is why I eat here. I ordered dinner for my family. Delivery was horrible and I didn't get over half my order with absolutely NO HELP from customer service....... I would give ZERO stars. Go to the next CFA because this one ain't where it's at!!!!!

This Chick-fil-A has definitely lost it’s touch. It’s just not the same. I don’t have the confidence that they will get my order right anymore. One too many times they have forgotten items. they gave me fried chicken instead of grilled, they forgot dressing, the fries are too salty at times, the cookies are cold and hard, they used to be warm and soft. Their smiles and bubbly personalities have diminished.

Took forever to order. I know it's georgia but pick up the pace. Chicken was half the size that it should have been. Chick fil a everywhere is going downhill and this location is the worst.
