This location has the really good ice dream ice cream. I know it's on the menu everywhere, but the ice cream at some locations is not as good. Plus, it's Chick-fil-A, you're always going to get a great chicken sandwich every time.

If youre going to eat here, this place is insanely busy. Use the online app to order ahead. If youre going to order ahead I would say you do better going to the counter to pick it up, as EVERYONE is using the drive thru and that bad boi is always slamming-- wrapped around the building literally. It moves fast, but when I go to pick up my food I wanna get there, pick it up, and be out in less than 5 mins.

This is a regular chick fil a I go to but this time I was so disappointed. Ordered a market salad and it didn’t come with any fruits at all, had to ask for the dressing, and for some reason had corn and black beans even though I didn’t add these? And didn’t have blue cheese crumbles at all. Also got Mac and cheese and that was horrible. There is a block of hard dark cheese in the cup. Do not come here.

I am very disappointed. I come to this chick-fil-A often, and lately they’ve dropped the ball big time. I paid $10 for this meal, and they gave me a chicken bowl half empty with Hardly anything in it! It was cold and hard. I also paid for extra cheese which I did not get. This has happened several times at this location. I will be escalating because it’s not right.

This is very disappointing. It said Berry Parfait and only has 3 blueberries. Last time it had half a piece of strawberry and 2 blueberries. If you want a parfait, go to other locations. I love parfaits so I tried it at many other Chick-fil-As, and they all are much better than this location.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Chick-fil-A. I spent 20 minutes waiting in line, and then had to wait another 2 minutes because my order still wasn’t ready. Chick-fil-A is usually known for fast, efficient service, but today it was the complete opposite. The wait was long, the order wasn’t prepared on time, and the overall experience was frustrating. Definitely not what I expect from this location.

I have been going here since 2010 and always had perfect food and quality. However, the parking lot is too small in the cramped shopping center and the drive through can take a very long time. Avoid rush hours and it is 5 stars
Brad! Thanks for keeping standards in food service. We appreciate you. I made the mistake of stopping somewhere on my way home (they were in my path so it was just easier to stop really quick). The salad was brown... I was so sad because Brad's store would NEVER SELL me brown salad. Lesson learned. No matter what.. make your way to Brad's store for quality!!! Thanks Brad!!!

I usually don’t write reviews, and I’ve never had any issues with this location before. However, this morning was very disappointing. I placed a mobile order at 10:17 a.m. and drove to pick it up. When I checked in upon arrival—just a minute past 10:30 a.m.—I discovered my order had been canceled and refunded without any notice.
I went inside to ask about it, but there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience, just an explanation that my refund was pending and would be processed. That’s not the kind of service I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A. It honestly felt like they didn’t care.

Just went again this morning for breakfast. My wife and son all agreed food is fresh and delicious. The best part was the drive through hand off guy just gave off a super positive vibe. You can't fake it the kid was stoked to be able to deliver an opportunity to care.
