I tried CSC for the first time in Augusta and it was good. So I decided to come here and try it again. Yep! This is a great spot for lunch. I wish they had a store in Forest Park.smh Anyway, I can't wait to come back and try the cranberries and almond chicken salad in a wrap. Side note: If you're a single man like me, this is a great location to bump into beautiful women. Lots of shopping stores around. This ain't the area with a family dollar around, so please act accordingly.lol

If you were looking forward to the Cesar chicken salad wrap just save yourself and order something else. After waiting 15 minutes for my order this is what I was presented with. It looked just like this when I opened the box so I went back inside and asked about it and the girl told me that it is one scoop just “spread out”. I told her it looks nothing like the picture they advertise and there is more tortilla than anything else. She still didn’t care. They should at least give a heads up that you'll be eating a tortilla with the smallest amount of chicken salad. It is so empty that it just opens up because it might as well be a plain tortilla. Very disappointed.

Not GLUTEN friendly! I got so sick! I was half way through my broccoli salad when I noticed pasta was mixed in there. My whole body is jacked up, because this wasnt just a little cross contamination, which is bad enough. Not to mention that they didn't include our whole order in the delivery and we had to go through the hassle of figuring that out.

I’m a regular at this location and called the restaurant at 7:54pm to grab a couple of slices of cakes. They told me that this was “ok” and I informed them that I was just two(2) minutes away. I arrived at 7:56pm to the doors being locked, called again to be told that they’re closed. A complete waste of time. If you’re supposed to close at 8pm, close at 8pm.

Ordered a chicken salad sandwich and they hardly put any chicken salad on it. I will not get that again and will try to go to the Vinings or Dallas Hwy location instead. I’ve not had this happen at the other locations.

I ordered "The Chick" combo and got sooo many delicious things for $10. That's hard the find in this economy. The Kickin' Kay Lynne, and the loaded potato soup were perfect! The juicy pickle and mini cookie was a great surprise. I definitely found my new sandwich spot.
The young lady that helped me was very helpful the food was delicious she let me try something different chicken salads I went on Veterans Day so my meal was free and the customer service was top

My co-worker and I ordered lunch from this location today through Uber Eats. When our order arrived at the office, we were missing our drinks that were paid for. I called the store and spoke to the Manager Kristy. She provided wonderful customer service, walked me through how to request a refund through Uber Eats and also advised that I order directly from the store and she would remake my drinks to be delivered. Kristy went above and beyond and even included a little note apologizing for the order mishap when my drinks were re-delivered. I will be a return customer to this location, thanks to the delicious food and outstanding customer service provided. Thank you KRISTY!!!! This is how you earn a customer's repeat business.
I love the food here, but the workers ALWAYS forget to include the trio. It was comical at first because it became a joke within our household at how they would forget it, but honestly now it’s just annoying and frustrating. We’ve called and spoken with the managers. Asked them if there is something going on with their system where it doesn’t show up? We have tried our hardest to actually help them STOP making this mistake and it continuously happens. Why even have that option on the menu?!? Just take it off and save everyone some trouble.
