Im a sucker for Chili's. Usually this location is amazing, but the loss of a star from me is 2 fold.
Service staff is very friendly, but they did seat someone who i know is an employee before us despite the fact that we were on the list first, next in line for our seat, and had been waiting 15 mins already. I get perks for employees but this is one of those things that leads to a loss of customer. Girl, you're cute in your dress and pink hair but you shouldn't be allowed to skip the line. ššš¤Øš¶š¤
It took 15 minutes on our last trip to get a waitress to attend to our table and receive drinks. The queso was sent out cold, which they caught rather quick though before we had more than a bite of it! The rest of the service and food was good.
Most days this location is good, lunch is better than dinner.

I'm writing this review on veterans day! I wanted to give the location a huge thank you! The service was amazing. The wait time was less then 10 minutes. Everybody was in sync when it came to processing food orders.

Our host was so incredibly rude to my family. We had been waiting for 30 minutes in an empty restaurant when we were told, weād only be waiting 15 minutes. My dad and I walked in and politely asked why our wait was so much longer, and we were completely ignored and given dirty looks. Iāve been here before with friends, and the service is continuously bad. The waits are always so long and the waiters couldnāt care less about refills or any of your concerns/questions with the food. I have truly never been treated so poorly at a restaurant.

We came in at 2pm after the lunch rush. There werenāt that many people inside but I think they only had 2 servers. First it took ~10minutes after being seated to have someone come by to take our drink order. Getting our food also took awhile as well. Our salad appetizer came a couple minutes before our main course did. Typically this is after the order is placed. Also saw the waitress sitting down when she was taking other tables order.
We didnāt get one of the ranches that came with the meal. We requested twice for it and didnāt receive it until we were done with our meal. It took about 20 mins just to get the ranch. Literally the WORST chilis Iāve ever been to. And even though this one is closest to me. Will not be back
