service is bad, food is bad, and management is bad. taylor was so rude a disgusting she threw four dollars on the table after we told her the tablet automatically added a tip n i wanted to tip in cash. i asked the manager tori for the cooperate number and the number she gave me is a hotline for medical alerts which she also hung up in my face after. this is a predominantly white area, so do not come here cause they are rude and nasty. im sure they won’t fire taylor stuck up tail so just save yourself the trip. and no they didn’t not offer any accommodations. 0/10. this is a bad look for chilis.

Disappointing Experience - Lack of Empathy and Professionalism Date: 03/02/2025 I visited this location with my family, including my autistic son. When my son repeatedly asked for nachos, I tried to find our waiter to place an order. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate him, so I approached a lady at the entrance, who appeared to be staff, and politely asked her to send the waiter over so I could order an appetizer.
Instead of assisting me, she dismissively told me to wait for the waiter. What happened next was appalling. She began laughing and mocking my request with another staff member. As a parent of an autistic child, I was taken aback by her lack of empathy and professionalism.
Although our waiter provided good service, the encounter with the other staff member left a sour taste. I will not be returning to this establishment.

We arrived after peak on a Monday. Tables were stacked high with previous customers dishes and glasses. We were seated after a few minute wait. Our waiter came later and took our drink order. We ordered our food. Nearly an hour later the manager came out and said there was a 'system glitch' (employee was too high and didn't enter order). Waited another 20 mins and our food came out overcooked and looking unappetizing. It was not a all acceptable presentation or quality. They said theyd cut our bill for the wait. We had to ask 3 people to get this applied (20 mins more). Overall just about as bad as you can get without being physically injured.

My fries were stale and cold and my burger was hardly warm. Barely was able to choke down the burger since the water was absolutely putrid tasting. I would guess the fountain/drink dispensing system hasn't been cleaned in a long time.
very racist establishment. about a month ago my two friends and i (we are all black) came in at around 9. we were only planning on getting some drinks, as we work in the restaurant Industry and know the troubles of closing. after the host took us to the table, we sat for 30 minutes, no one greeted us, no water, nothing at all. a group of white kids sit right behind us and within 5 minutes, the server, who is white, comes back with their drinks and takes their order. this is more than a simple mistake, it was not busy in there, so we just walked out. we were very clearly discriminated against. do not give ur money to this establishment.
