Asked for double chicken and the dude gave me the same amount of chicken as the guy in front of me who didn’t have double chicken. When I asked him for a little more he said he had given me enough and got an attitude. I asked if that was really double chicken and he ignored me and went to the next customer. Dude went on a power trip and decided to be an asshole over a little more chicken lol

They literally gave me 5 pieces of chicken and half a scoop of guacamole. The sour cream had all types of food in it and they plopped all the cross contaminated food onto my bowl, I just had to leave. Yall go to the location on Barrett parkway they’re wayyyy better

Cross contamination was disgusting. The soda was flat and the chips were stale. The store was dirty. Avoid this Chipotle if possible.
This chipotle is BAD. I was craving some chips and queso for lunch today, so naturally I went to my nearest chipotle, and would you know it, it happened to be this crummy one. All I asked for was a small chips and queso which was scooped for me in no time at all. That wasn’t my issue. I had no problems until my order got to the end of the line. I asked if I should just grab one of the bags of chips that was on the counter next to the register. (By the way, the chips were at least a day old, they were SO stale) The reply I received was quite rude and provocative and in nature. “You need to pay for those separate!” To which I replied calmly something like, “I ordered a chips and queso I thought that it comes with the chips?” (I know silly me assuming that chips and queso would include the chips) Well, eventually I was told I had to pay for MORE chips and that I needed to quote “Get the Hell outa my face” all because I was trying to ask why I was being charged for chips twice. Needless to say I cannot in good faith recommend this restaurant. That is unless you don’t care about how you are treated by the employees. To be fair it did seem like the other line workers empathized with me but maybe didn’t know how to handle the situation so…🤷♂️ Well I know I won’t be going back so if you see this be warned

I feel like I just got ripped off by these guys! I just ordered two burritos and a burrito bowl with extra meat (chicken and barbacoa). I was so disappointed when I got home since there hardly any chicken and meat on my burrito. I think these are taking advantage of customers due to the fact that we don’t open our orders before we take them home. This store in particular has staff that are poorly trained in customer service. When I asked for additional napkins since I only got one, I got a response with an attitude. One napkin per order!?
Chipotle’s customer service level has gone over the years. Corporate profit is all they think about. Sure, the advertising sounds great but the reality sucks when you buy their products. Sadly, that’s my comment and I don’t ordinarily waste my time on this things.
