Chipotle Mexican Grill

By now you're probably aware of pressed together meat then cut into Lil chunks.....that's my own impression of the meat at their store on BARRETT PKWY!!
BARBECOA to me seems to be the REAL ROAST...SIMMERED TILL TENDER though!!
Subway uses pressed together meat. Proven and NOT DENIED.
.I still like Subway. I only get barbecoa at Chipotle....for as long as I can remember though.

twice in a row i have found meat in my sofritas and im vegetarian. no refunds or remake either.

Stopped in on a Friday evening and they had no rice without cilantro.

Got here at 10:50 off work and was not served. Staff was rude and especially manager Isabelle was very rude and wouldn’t serve me. Worse chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I won’t be back here again and advise others not to come to this location.

Food was very AVERAGE at best. Ordered three steak tacos and a chicken burrito. The meat on both severely lacked flavor. Not the slightest hint of salt. Tasted like it was seasoned with empty hopes and dreams. And the absence of sauces after paying was the icing on top to let me know that Moe’s is probably the better move for future lunch dates with my wife.

I ordered a salad bowl with steak, I got a bowl of lettuce, onions, sour cream and cheese. Restaurant was unwilling to send out replacement or offer refund because I ordered with Uber.

The girl that made my burrito had an extremely sour attitude when she had to remake my burrito for the incorrect ingredients. Rolled her eyes and then went to talk about it in the back.

I came in to order a quesadilla at the counter. I was told I have to order that online from this store and could not order it at the counter . What kind of stupid policy is that? It's not that hard to make the food that a walk in customer requests. I won't be back here.

I ordered food today and how to get it delivered because I’m at work and I couldn’t leave to go grab it about halfway through eating my food. I found black card pieces in my food and it was plastic or something in that nature I don’t want food that tries to kill me because it’s plastic. I tried to see about getting a refund, but you can’t talk to nobody at the store unless you physically go up there they have you email and corporate or whatever we like. Oh thank you for letting us know. We’ll try to make it better or something like that. They don’t offer a refund. They don’t offer re-delivery. They don’t offer nothing except you just give your pints and concerns. You can’t even talk to nobody at the store, which is ridiculous.
