One of the African American girl’s piece of hair got inside of the sour cream and when we pointed it out she scooped it out with a cup but didn’t change it out and continued to serve people’s food with it. Disgusting never going there again

Today I would like to give Associate Pam 5 stars for her awesome customer service. From the time I walked in, she was extremely friendly, polite, welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

My son and I stop at this Chipotle every Thursday night for burrito bowls, and it has become a routine we genuinely look forward to. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, portions are solid, and orders are prepared quickly even when they are busy. The staff keeps things moving, which makes it an easy, reliable choice for a quick dinner we both enjoy.

It's chipotle you know what's up

I walked in at 10:58 and was blown away by not only the willingness but the preparedness to serve even so close to closing. I have been to other chipotles that either had nothing out or just flat out refused to serve me even thirty minutes before closing. This chipotle though was different they had intentionally left everything out just incase and it paid off I was super impressed!

Ordered ok the app but never saves me time. End up sitting there and finding out they gave my order to someone else so have to remake it all. It’s like orders have names on it and you should check peoples app. Unacceptable to me

Great as always, but had to ask for fresh brown rice...you could visibility see the burned brown rice at the bottom of the pan...the server was still trying to use it for my salad!

The food was ok. The chips were terrible! They changed the recipe. Wayyy too salty. I used to go there just for the chips and guacamole. Couldn’t eat but a few. 😩

Messed up my order and made a bowl so messy that it soaked through the bag and got all over my car seats on the drive home. Called a couple of times to get this addressed and was just flat out lied to and ignored. Just another example of these companies continuing to disconnect themselves from customer service and product quality and just delay and deny your ability to hold them accountable.

The service was excellent; however, the food lacked seasoning. The rice was bland and flavorless, and the corn didn’t taste as expected. Overall, I wasn’t impressed.

I placed my order online since I don't have time to eat out due to my job. I paid for a double protein, not even half and half. It was steak and honey chicken. When I returned to work and saw my burrito bowl, it only had a little bit of chicken and the steak wasn't there. I couldn't go back since traffic is slow and I'm a little far away. I hope you can solve this problem.

I think I got the bottom of the corn(very small amount). The chicken was stringy and the beans were hard. Definitely not worth a return trip
