I went last Friday to have dinner and the food was cold , they had no napkins and there was no one at the counter to ask for. Also I saw an employee in the kitchen eating the steak he was cooking! And the chips… well it was a bunch of salt with chips actually. Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been!

I got the kids menu and in the tiny bag of chips, they literally only gave me 5 chips. I can count them on one hand. I will never go back to chipotle

Super disappointed with this location on my first , and what will be only, visit.
I went in wanting to order some chips and guacamole to eat that night and to also get two bowls to go to have for lunch the next day. I asked for a large guacamole but when I saw the size of the container, I decided against getting it. A VERY small cup for over $9???!!! I doubt that there was even a whole avocado in it the cup was so small. So, I asked for a small size. That one is actually no bigger than a condiment cup that most places serve sauces, etc.. in. I passed on that one too. I know avocados have gotten more expensive recently, I buy them all the time, but as best I could calculate, at Chipotle you might get 1/4 to 1/2 of one avocado for between $5-9.
The next disappointment was with the bowls that I ordered. I took them to work with me the next day for my boss and I to have for lunch. Her sister came to help us that day and as it turned out, she had also brought a Chipotle bowl from a different location,for lunch and it was the same one with the same toppings that I had gotten BUT hers was loaded with cheese, etc.. and was practically overflowing. It looked delicious. Ours on the other hand had a mere scattering of those same toppings.
The service certainly wasn't any better. It wasn't particularly friendly to start with and became less so when I said that I didn't want to go ahead with the guacamole. I was not rude about it, I simply said that it was more than I would spend.
This location is just around the corner from my house and I pass by it almost daily. It would have been a convenient place to go frequently, but after my experience, I will pass on by.

On Thursday, September 18, 2025, I visited Chipotle on 4194 Jiles Road in Kennesaw.
This was my first time I had ever tried Chipotle and I had the honor of having Reggie assist me with my order. Reggie's representation for Chipotle was phenomenal. His customer service, extreme patience and accommodating suggestions set a high rating for this Mexican Grill. The food was great. Thank you, once again Reggie, for your amazing customer service.

We’ve been here at least 5 times. The food portions are generally smaller than other locations and they tend to forget salad dressing or entire entrees so be sure to check before you leave. The employees are not the friendliest when you bring the error to their attention. I’ll take the longer drive and go to the one on Chastain since there is less issues at that location.

Had a really great experience at this Chipotle. The restaurant was impressively clean. The tables, floors, and drink station were all spotless. The food was super hot and fresh too. You could definitely tell it was all just made and the portions were solid too.
Rocky and Faith were especially awesome. They were super friendly and welcoming. Their positive energy made the visit even more enjoyable.
I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for great food and even better service!
