The staff is great, they go above and beyond to ensure that you and family have great time.

My kids love Chuck E Cheese. It’s clean, bright and the games are great. They have great game card options for kids who run through every game quickly. The last time we were there, my son dropped his card between games and lost it. The manager was awesome and helped us get a replacement!

A great birthday party experience for my 4 year old ; just like I remember in my childhood!

Very nice setup. Alot easier than doing everything yourself. The trampoline area was nice. Management is super kind and helpful both the male and female were. I would have given them a 5 star if they hadn't cheated my kids out of the ultimate package benefits. They gave them 2000 not 4000 extra tokens.

🔐Don't be fooled by their stamping your kids hand so you have a FALSE sense of security. Both times we were there, they had the person taking orders also running to back. No one is there to check the stamp against the parents stamp. No one is monitoring this at all. Especially at the Alpharetta location. People were walking out with kids without a glance. This is just false security. Not any safer than anywhere else. I never trust a stamp. Im just saying if you are that person that does....., don't?!

💰💲this company will NOT work with you & will turn you into collection even if you habe called and try to cancel, explain scenario. Signed up for the year membership for my grand babies who lived close to one then moved. We used membership all of 2 times. I wanted to at least transfer it over to another mom so kids could enjoy amd it not go to waste, but these people are brutally unable to budge to help in literally any way. They will gladly take your monthly money while it gets unused. I lost my card and hoped it would cancel out the last 2 months of the contract that way but they sent collection notices. They could have worked with me and kept their reputation but they wanted monthly payment more than any understanding.

Some of the attitudes of the workers were not very good. Our worker was very pleasant. The fact that for a birthday party you pay so much for each child and if the child doesn't show you still pay isn't right, and the trampoline area costs extra plus you need to purchase socks to jump on it. Even if the child has socks on. My goodness it's too expensive. I took my children to Chuck E. Cheese when they were little. It's just not the same and costs a whole lot more.

Chuck e cheese is being extremely greedy for charging people for trampoline socks every time they visit. What a disgrace of multimillion dollar company to charge poor parents!!!

Always fun time and the pizza is always on point. Yummmm! Lots of activity and girls enjoying fun.

This was the worst experience! The jump zone was mostly unattended. It had way too many kids on at once. The guy who was supposed to be working it was completely oblivious. We drove 2 hours to come here. Our son and his family live north of here and we live south so it would have been a great meeting place for us but never again! It needed more staffing for the number of people there. Everything was completely over priced! It was awful! That was the last time they will get our money!
