We have been taking our kids here for a couple of years, and they always have fun. There's just usually a few broken games--2 of my daughter's favorites weren't working today. It was clean and orderly as usual, though!

The staff were not attentive. Idk if they were having a bad day or what. The drink fountain syrup was out, and there was no attempt to change it while we were there after notifying them. There were several games not working and the sketch/picture booth was broken. Not the best experience..

Nickel and dime you on anything. Had one person who couldn't eat pizza. Turned away from the salad bar unless pay extra. Small trampolines not included. Drink machines all dirty all leaking half of Them had 0 syrup attached. Was better when I worked at Alpharetta location 22 years ago.

Hosted a birthday party here. The party space is extremely crowded, it's hard to maneuver around as they pack the parties in! My daughter had an amazing experience which is what counts the most. Our party host was also amazing!

My kids and I really love this location. The employees are always friendly and helpful the kitchen manager makes excellent food and we always enjoy a pizza if we are here around lunch time the bathrooms are clean and the games are pretty well kept up. Each visit I may see one thing down but whenever I've spoken to the on-site maintenance person, they are very responsive in working on whatever they can fix at the moment. We hosted a birthday party here for the first time this year and the party coordinator was very helpful as well. All of our guests had an excellent time. I like coming here in the early morning or when it's a school day because there aren't as many kids so it's a little bit quieter if you are really looking for a better environment for a party, consider one of the parties that they open before public opening hours it's early but it was so worth it for us because we had the place to ourselves.

I paid almost $200 for a reserved party to get treated like a walk in …this is unacceptable, my attendant wasn’t friendly or attentive the food was cold and nothing didn’t go as planned…I’m currently in the process of disputing

No No Stop!!! don't go here the pizza the pain the horror the dubious rat stop save your time and go to taco bell, if i could add 0 stars I would.

The worst place to take your kids. I-10 machines were broken. New trampoline is over priced for such a little jumping area, workers were rude teenagers and prizes are extremely very priced. I get they are usually crappy but after spending almost 200.00 I would think they could do better. We won't be back.

All 4 grandkids love this venue and they are different ages.. 10, 7 and 3yrs old! I’m 71 and love playing Ski ball and I’m good at it too !!!
