We drove 40 miles to get a box of 6 . They told it would be a 10 minute wait, we waited when they were ready one lady was fixing to box them for us, another female came over and said those were to sold as singles only. Which is way over priced.
We left found another one in Woodstock which was a lot cheaper and and being run by a sweet young lady
I would never recommend the mall branch

They didn't have any Cinnabons and didn't know when they would be making anymore. One of the employees smelled like Marijuana.
I just shopped this store in Kennesaw, GA at the town center. There was a young man working there by the name of Jay. He was so friendly, kind, polite, & helpful. He is literally the most ATTENTIVE employee i have ever met at this mall. His hands were full & he was busy, but he dropped everything that he was doing & ruahed to the counter & i was still a few feet away. I saw him do this for several people. Cinnabon, thank you for sharing Jay with us!!

Will introduced himself as the new GM of this location and shared with me some of the changes he is going to be making to make sure that every consumer has a great experience. He had just made some fresh minibons and ended up having to give me two because they were stuck together. He really wanted to make my day and made sure that I had a great experience. Thank you Will ! Looking forward to seeing you again

So if you go here ... maybe ... just maybe they are selling Cinnabon's. Depends on if you are there after they finish a batch. They close VERY early (need to change their hours). They don't have anything available at open so perhaps if you go 2 or 3 hours after they open they might have something. This has got to be the biggest waste of space in the entire mall. Honestly don't know how the owner keeps it open or they're just pouring money into rent to keep it afloat. I like how they have the customer screen advertising all the cool stuff you can get at a Cinnabon and they just don't even bother with making Cinnabons half the time. I've been here 20ish times over the last 6 months b/c I was in the area and would have gotten a 6 pack each time but I've only been able to get one 3 or 4 times. If you want to see a thriving well ran Cinnabon just go down to Cumberland Mall.
The staff is nice can't point a finger at someone for poor management/owner.
Their Cinnabon location at Towncenter Mall is worse than a pop-up store. The customer service there is hit or miss. The open when they want. They close when they want. Do not go on the operation times posted on Google or you will be disappointed. No matter the time, they never have a full display.
For a food establishment to have very small amount of food on display is insulting. The packs are never out. The Aunt Annie's case is ALWAYS empty. If you do go there & see a nice supply of Cinnabons out, you might as well go and play the lottery because that will be your lucky day. When there are bons, this location is really skimpy with the frosting to the point that there is no frosting. Their Cumberland location is the complete opposite of this Kennesaw location.
What I find astonishing is that Cinnabon's headquarters is in Atlanta & yet no one from Corporate, including their executives, have been out to their Kennesaw location to investigate & make it better. This has been going on for years, so this is nothing new. I find it hard to believe that their Corporate offices do not know. They just chose to ignore it. The mere fact that Cinnabon is a brand & this location is tarnishing that brand, and for them to not do anything about it says more about the company than anything else.

Go any where else. This has the be the most poorly ran business I have ever seen. They NEVER have the items available to purchase. The workers ALWAYS look disinterested. Went to Cinnabon to get my daughter a pretzel, told me to go to Auntie Annes. Once I get there, they told me they are sold out, while I am watching them mix a batch. Telling me to go back to Cinnabon, that they are going to drop off this batch. Nope, we good. We will go elsewhere. Honestly have no idea how they are still open or why.
If I could give a ZERO I would. I have come to this restaurant in the past three months multiple times. Each time I have come they were closed early or they did not want to provide extra toppings because they had put them up already. One guy was playing with his nose, he didn’t think to wash his hands just kept taking orders so me and my friend walked off. Another worker was sitting on the counter with her hand under her shirt rubbing her belly again not wanting to wash her hands but wanting to fix the order. I won’t even get into the interaction tonight. This is definitely piss poor service.

The owner is wasting money by hiring individuals who have no work experience. Just turn around and walk away. It's not worth dealing with their

My husband and I went to the mall yesterday. When I came in I saw they had 3 cinnamon rolls. We had some stores to go to and wanted to eat in the food court first. On our way out at this point it’s been an 1.5 hours so it’s like 3pm. I tell my husband I want to stop and get a cinnamon roll. He goes up we see 1 in the thing. We ask if they have more coming out and they said yes in 2 mins. We said okay we would wait no problem. The young kid seemed annoyed and was like I don’t see why. Then finally says okay. Then walks away and then comes back not even a minute later and goes if you guys want to buy a cinnamon roll you have to buy this one because I can’t give you one of the fresh ones. I have managed a lot of food places even ready service ones and I could never tell my customers that. They rather say f a customer, then making a customer happy, making a sale and gaining a life long customer. I’m not around a Cinnabon store a lot to get one so when I do go I like to get a cinnamon roll. so I was definitely disappointed in the service and employees that work there.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The first time I went was 11/21/22 around 3 or 4 in the afternoon. The two employees tried to steal from me by over charging my card. I asked for two classic cinnamon rolls and my total was $10.48. They only placed one cinnamon roll in the bag and I said there’s only one. They both said “I only heard one”.. this already strikes me as odd because the second girl who was putting my order together was no where near the front when we placed the order and I speak softly. They swore that I only asked for one cinnamon roll so I said I’ll get another and that’s when she takes my card and says that one is $5.24. Then I said, “No, you did charge me for two because my first total was $10.48.” They tried to go back and forth with me for a little then looked it up in their records (did not get a receipt) and I am assuming that they realized that they did charge me for two because they just shoved our food at us and did not apologize or anything. They’ve definitely done this before because of how frustrated they got. This was absolutely disgusting and Cinnabon will not be receiving my business again.
Always closed att odd times, always rude, always a disappointment...
Their hours of operations change weekly it seems and don’t lineup with their hours online.
Very rude customer service
Today 3/29/23 2:46 p.m. I got thee WORST Cinnabon I've everrrrrrrrrrr had!!! And I love a good Cinnabon with pecans and caramel. ? It's NOT warm...verrrrrrrrrry stingy on the icing, which caused it to be a bit dry. Cinnabons cost too much to be coming like this. Very disappointing.I've had some good ones from this location, but I don't know about the workers today. It might be the manager...when the employee was squeezing the caramel, the manager hollered "STOP!". Had the employee been allowed to continue squeezing the caramel, it may not be so dry.
