If I could give a ZERO I would. I have come to this restaurant in the past three months multiple times. Each time I have come they were closed early or they did not want to provide extra toppings because they had put them up already. One guy was playing with his nose, he didn’t think to wash his hands just kept taking orders so me and my friend walked off. Another worker was sitting on the counter with her hand under her shirt rubbing her belly again not wanting to wash her hands but wanting to fix the order. I won’t even get into the interaction tonight. This is definitely piss poor service.Parking: It’s a freaking mall of course there is a lot of parking

My husband and I went to the mall yesterday. When I came in I saw they had 3 cinnamon rolls. We had some stores to go to and wanted to eat in the food court first. On our way out at this point it’s been an 1.5 hours so it’s like 3pm. I tell my husband I want to stop and get a cinnamon roll. He goes up we see 1 in the thing. We ask if they have more coming out and they said yes in 2 mins. We said okay we would wait no problem. The young kid seemed annoyed and was like I don’t see why. Then finally says okay. Then walks away and then comes back not even a minute later and goes if you guys want to buy a cinnamon roll you have to buy this one because I can’t give you one of the fresh ones. I have managed a lot of food places even ready service ones and I could never tell my customers that. They rather say f a customer, then making a customer happy, making a sale and gaining a life long customer. I’m not around a Cinnabon store a lot to get one so when I do go I like to get a cinnamon roll. so I was definitely disappointed in the service and employees that work there.

Cinnabon's - BADCustomer Service - Horrible Just recently visited this place of "so called business"Ok it's 3 young men working there, I ordered 3 Cinnabon's. So the cashier takes my order, so I look at the Cinnabon's, and see that they look a little small. So I asked the cashier why are they so small, and he was like these are the mini's. Ok cool, no problem, they look the freshest any way. So I stop the young man preparing my order to add a forth Cinnabon to my order, simple right? So the young man preparing my order acknowledges me for the forth Cinnabon. So I pay for my order, why when I get home I only have 3 Mini Cinnabons. So I drive 15 minutes back to Cinnabon, I speak to the cashier and instantly this young man starts questioning me like what's wrong with the order, and I'm like dude, both of you clearly heard me and charged me for 4 Mini Cinnabon's. I then requested for a refund, and how about the cashier takes the returned Cinnabon's and my paper receipt and threw all of it in the trash. So now come the manager I guess and he starts having an attitude about the refund. Not once did any of them say sorry sir for the inconvenience, we'll get this situation resolved, none of that. The manager was like half of one Cinnabons was eaten. LISTEN TO ME! This Cinnabon needs to be closed down, and put up under new management or ownership by people who care! :::::: I ONLY PUT 1 CAUSE YOU HAVE TO IN OREDER TO POST A REVIEW!!!!::::::

Today 3/29/23 2:46 p.m. I got thee WORST Cinnabon I've everrrrrrrrrrr had!!! And I love a good Cinnabon with pecans and caramel. ? It's NOT warm...verrrrrrrrrry stingy on the icing, which caused it to be a bit dry. Cinnabons cost too much to be coming like this. Very disappointing.I've had some good ones from this location, but I don't know about the workers today. It might be the manager...when the employee was squeezing the caramel, the manager hollered "STOP!". Had the employee been allowed to continue squeezing the caramel, it may not be so dry.

Inconsistent. They are always low on product and never have the 4 pack and also they make the cinnabons very dry, it's supposed to be ooey and gooey. Whose ever franchise this is you could be making way more money but they manager and the people you have working here are lackluster.

This is the laziest Cinnabon they have. You go to cobb and they always have something to sell, but this one runs out one hour before closing and in the middle of the day! I don’t understand how they are always slacking!

Hours posted as open at 10 am but they say they’re not open until noon. Who waits until noon to open/want Cinnabon? I guess I just won’t spend money at this business until they can operate at reasonable hours

The fact that this place currently has a 1.9 star rating is absolutely ridiculous. And the crazy thing is that no one rates the actual cinnabons that low. We are rating this particular location and the HORRIBLE service. If they aren't going to improve and get new management they might as well close down. It is 1:25pm right now. The day after Christmas. How in the world are you sold out of all the cinnabons for the day??? Sounds like people just don't want to work to me. And the lady had the nerve to have an attitude with me.ATTENTION CUSTOMERS! If I could give a zero I would. By far one of the worst locations I've come across!! I have been to this location 3xs in the mall. Everytime I go to get a cinnamon roll they are always out or always cooking. I sat one time waited for 15 mins because that's what the girl said. Got up and she told me 30 mins. Which one is it?? The mall don't fn close until 8 so you guys stop baking at 4?! It's your main item. Which is real stupid to me! I hate that location. They are either incompetent or have horrible attitudes. Get some real workers or shut the damn place down.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The first time I went was 11/21/22 around 3 or 4 in the afternoon. The two employees tried to steal from me by over charging my card. I asked for two classic cinnamon rolls and my total was $10.48. They only placed one cinnamon roll in the bag and I said there’s only one. They both said “I only heard one”.. this already strikes me as odd because the second girl who was putting my order together was no where near the front when we placed the order and I speak softly. They swore that so only asked for one cinnamon roll so I said I’ll get another and that’s when she takes my card as says that one is $5.24. Then I said, “No, you did charge me for two because my first total was $10.48.” They tried to go back and forth with me for a little then looked it up in their records (did not get a receipt) and I am assuming that they realized that they did charge me for two because they just shoved our food at us and did not apologize or anything. They’re definitely done this before because of how frustrated they got. This was absolutely disgusting and Cinnabon will not be receiving my business again.
