Went into the store to buy some ice cream for me. My daughter, we tried to ask the employee questions about certain ice creams. She just sat there and laughed in our faces for me and my daughter trying to get ice cream. You guys are already overpriced for the ice cream. Itself, and then for us to come in there, to get laughed at just because I'm wearing a progressive shirt and she and the others were just laughing. It did not make any sense. And uh My daughter and I left no I am not gonna come back and know I am not going to buy ice cream from y'all horrible experience, and I would definitely tell others go to brewsters instead.

Service and product were great. I'd like it more if there were indoor seating.

Poor experience. The manager was unprofessional and said chocolate and sprinkle dipped bowls aren’t sold anymore when it’s on their menu and other locations still sell them. Just lazy- they have all the ingredients. Sold out of the taco hours before closing so don’t even bother asking.

employees unprofessional and rude with airpods in or on their phone, manager was rude and sweaty. sold out of or not selling multiple items shown on the menu. ice cream is fine. honestly just skip this one and go to another location

Everytime I try to order when I come here they skip over me or just don't take my order. I've tried to come here multiple times over different years and always the same result. I never get my order. I never get my order taken. I ask gently for someone to and it's like I'm just not there standing in line for some reason. It's like my presence is an inconvenience to everyone that works there. I don't typically give 1 stars but I just don't understand.

Been coming to this location for the last 15+ years. Always great, until recently. The last two times I had asked for vanilla ice cream with strawberries and pecans, which I got very little of. So not sure if it's a lack of training or this is what they have been told to do. if I wanted just plain vanilla ice cream I'd go to Walmart and buy some. After this last time, I'm done, wont be back.

When I visited, the atmosphere had a somewhat unusual smell. One of the staff members was very friendly and laid-back, while the other seemed to have a bit of an attitude, which she unfortunately took out on me. Instead of gently handing me my ice cream, she just handed it over without care. Additionally, she gave me a "Love It" size that contained the amount of a "Like It" size, essentially placing one cup inside another instead of consolidating it into a single cup.

When we walked in there was no welcome and he walked away to go to the back. The man doesn’t interact with the customers at all. This isn’t the first time i’ve came in and he was like this.

I’ve noticed their cake decorating quality has gone drown drastically. Sure the ice cream cake tastes great but the decoration aspect 0/10. Even when I was inside the store looking at their already made ice cream cakes it looked messy and messed up.

The kids keep forgetting to check the order slip. This is the third time I have ordered a waffle bowl and didn't get it. There is no way to contact anyone or corporate to inform anyone.

This was a complete new set of kids that I had never seen before. I am going to stop adding a tip because the fact you tip before you receive your food and, not after, especially after they forget parts of your order after tipping upfront, is ABSOLUTELY INSANE.

Unprofessional, rude, bad attitude, and bad service. This place has gone down hill and the owner has people working for him that want to put him out of business. The short black guy with glasses that wears a head scarf underneath the hat should be fired immediately he said his name was Ryan but he could be lying about that because your staff thought it was very funny when he said it! Our family has been going to this ice cream parlor for many years we have also purchased birthday cakes, baby shower cakes, and different items for the holidays. We will never come back to this ice cream parlor ever again after the way we were treated today. You have too many people working that are doing nothing, they are beyond lazy, and the black guy evidently hates his job and trying to get clicks or views for clout not knowing he will be sued and won't ever be able to find another job! Its unnecessary to act the way he did today and we are shocked that you hired him. Another person that is rude and hateful is the light skin black girl with glasses with the black curly hair she was also rude. You have lost valuable customers because of the terrible employees you have hired and you will continue to lose customers until your employees put you out of business! It also smelled like your employees were smoking as well. You are paying them for free and to be rude to your customer base that you had for years and as a community we wont tolerate this behavior we will go to another ice cream parlor that values customers!
