I have an autoimmune disease. I can’t have vanilla. They’ve always accommodated by switching in chocolate ice cream in my chocolate Elvis smoothie. I’m a long time customer usually coming two to three times a week at some points when I cannot chew. Now they won’t switch unless I pay full price for a small scoop of chocolate ice cream. Thanks for not understanding someone’s medical needs. A small surcharge I could understand but I’m sure I’m the only one asking for this accommodation.

I just went in and ordered 2 ice creams from this store. Clearly one of the girls was new and did not make the signature the way it was supposed to be. On our chocolate ice cream she didn’t even add the brownies that comes with. I saw it and I point it out to the other girls who agreed with me but still didn’t do a thing. I’m showing to you guys a picture of both when I got home to see the difference and the reason I’m writing is because I still think that’s one of the best ice creams and I’ll continue to buy it, but I told one of the more experienced of the girls I would hold her responsible if I got home and it wasn’t made right. So here it is. Horrible experience which I should be refund completely and more for this visit. Picture of the ice cream we got on their page once I couldn’t attach one here…
