Maple Street Biscuit Company on Barrett is hands down one of the best places I’ve ever visited, and it deserves every bit of recognition it gets. From the moment I walked through the door, I was welcomed with warm smiles, genuine hospitality, and a level of customer service that is rare to find nowadays. The staff here are not only friendly but also attentive, professional, and truly make you feel like you’re part of their family.
The atmosphere inside is just as inviting — clean, comfortable, and filled with positive energy. Whether you’re grabbing a quick breakfast, sitting down for brunch, or just stopping in for a coffee, this location makes the experience something special.
The food? Absolutely incredible. The biscuits are fresh, fluffy, and cooked to perfection, paired with flavors that are both comforting and memorable. Every bite feels like it’s made with love and care, and you can taste the quality in everything that comes out of the kitchen.
What stood out the most to me, though, was the way the staff went above and beyond to make sure my visit was perfect. That kind of service is what keeps people coming back. As someone who values respect and community, I can’t thank them enough for the way they treat their guests.
I want to especially recommend this spot to my fellow Military members and First Responders. Maple Street Biscuit Company on Barrett is a place that will truly make you feel appreciated, welcomed, and at home. “This was the absolute best pot pie I have EVER had! I had the Turkey and my BF had the Jambalaya and this was hands-down the best thing I’ve ever tasted!!! Highly recommend!!!!“

“Stumbled upon this spot while in the area. I'm so glad I did. It has an open inviting dining space and friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious and hit the spot. I ordered the biscuit with fried chicken, goat cheese, and pepper jelly. The pepper jelly gave it just the right amount of kick! I also got a vanilla maple latte which was one of the best coffee drinks I've had in a long time.“

“This place is amazing. The food is great. They have a wide variety of breakfast and lunch specials. The build your own breakfast combo is the best thing ever you can get whatever you’re in the mood for any day of the week.

“I have ordered a burrito from them on DoorDash 3 times, and holy moly they have the best burrito in town!!!!!, I will definitely order from them more and help them grow their business. Although I haven't went yet in person but hopefully one day I will go in person, and I will order a fajita. Keep doing what y'all are doing.“
“Was on way to downtown woodstock to eat and decided to stop in here. 12 of us, 4pm on Saturday. They accommodated us quickly and food was delicious! Kids loved their meals as well. Service was great, very friendly and helpful with questions on menu! (Only note, they charge for extra ranch or bbq sauce for burgers)“

“My husband and I ordered pupusas to-go from here last Friday for the first time. They were INCREDIBLE! We went back two days later to dine in, and ordered more to take home. I’m so impressed with this place. Truly a hidden gem in Hiram! Wonderful, friendly service… and some of the best food I’ve ever eaten! We will definitely be back to try more from their menu!“
