The cashier was rude as hell. She told us she couldn’t put 4 different food ordered on one check? Dude your a food place. Then she gave my friend a face when she asked if she could break a $50. She had been rude to us the 4 times we have came in here. She’s even gotten my order wrong when I clearly said it to her.

Food is great, customer service is terrible! The past few times I have came here, the employees have made me feel guilty for asking them to do their job. I hate going into a restaurant or fast food establishment where I feel like I am a burden for asking for ketchup. Could be a 5 star if you hired people with better attitudes. I understand not everyone is going to be thrilled and over the top, but no one wants a grumpy greeting in a drive through where the customer feels like they can’t ask for anything else and the order is not precise. I tried to grab the name of the drive-through worker and I couldn’t get it but whoever was working the drive-through 08/09 at 11:56 pm has terrible customer service and needs some coaching.

Lately I've gotten the cookout tray with the big double burger, add cheese, grilled onions, mustard, Mayo, ketchup. I'm telling you it is every bit as good as five guys for half the price. And of course the cheese bites and fries are always good.

I remember going to this location. Last time I come here was 7 years ago because I was afraid of flies being in there. I went there to meet Piedmont Church's GRP and now this place is becoming a KSU spot, which is good.
I recently ordered a chicken sandwich, double fries, and a vanilla shake. The chicken sandwich that I ordered was meh that I should've asked the cashier to remove the lettuce and tomatoes on there, but oh well 🤷♀️
I thought the service here did pretty good and the atmosphere is still the same atmosphere that ages really well.
Hopefully, I'll order that chicken sandwich without lettuce and tomatoes this time 🤞
This place is a hot mess. They don't serve milkshakes. They serve soft, serve ice cream in a cup with a the straw. None of the tables were cleaned, and one of them was actually broken and laying partially on the floor the napped and dispenser look like it's been hit with a baseball bat and they don't give you ketchup with your order you have to request it. That took an extra five minutes after I got my food so the food got cold.
Only one overworked cashier and they don't bring out your food. They just shout your number out and if someone doesn't come get the food, they keep shouting the number until the food is picked up, which was kind of annoying.
Even the front door of the restaurant was filthy unbelievable . I don't know how they stay in business.

Chicken nuggets were chewy and had a raw taste. They forgot the ketchup so I had to go back in. The intercom in the drive thru is hard to hear. But the people there were alright except for forgetting one little item. (Ketchup)
