Service was great but idk what they did to the chicken nuggets. This is the first time in a few years but they have definitely switched nuggets and the new ones are disgusting. They have a powder/flour taste. Switch it back please.

Just went through the drive thru and the girl taking the order continually cut me off asking questions about my order while I was trying to tell her. Get home and not only was our orders mixed up between the two of us, there was a hair in my sandwich. Totally disgusted and won't be back.

Place doesnāt understand the concept of asking someone who orders the whole menu to pull forward. Iāve seen 15 people walk in and back out with their food in the 20 minutes Iāve sat still in the drive thru. Weak portion sizes on the sides. Food is decent but not worth the wait.

In the last month or so, this location has absolutely gone down the toilet. Seriously. The grilled chicken sandwiches have shrunk by 30 percent. The onion rings are NASTY. They're thing tiny little strips of wet grease. And the employees tell me that's what they have now, and no one seems to care. Even management. The burgers are nasty, dehydrated and shriveled. I know about 5 other people who say they'll never go back.
You guys are going to kill this restaurant over saving a few pennies. What an absolute joke. I'm warning you. THIS LOCATION IS GOING TO FAIL. You guys MUST reverse all of these terrible changes. The food has gone from amazing to nasty and inedible in a matter of weeks. I was there Saturday at about 10pm, and every Saturday there is a line completely wrapped around the building. This time, I was the only person in line, and there was only one table inside. THere's usually people spilling out of the building on the weekends. How can whoever is making these decisions be this dumb?

Food is great, customer service is terrible! The past few times I have came here, the employees have made me feel guilty for asking them to do their job. I hate going into a restaurant or fast food establishment where I feel like I am a burden for asking for ketchup. Could be a 5 star if you hired people with better attitudes. I understand not everyone is going to be thrilled and over the top, but no one wants a grumpy greeting in a drive through where the customer feels like they canāt ask for anything else and the order is not precise. I tried to grab the name of the drive-through worker and I couldnāt get it but whoever was working the drive-through 08/09 at 11:56 pm has terrible customer service and needs some coaching.
