Bad service. Waited a long time for everything even my check. Dry pancakes and awful bacon. Crackle barrel used to be the perfect restaurant. All of the quality is gone, probably just to save a few bucks. It was an awful experience that ruined my day.

Just walked in to the newly renovated CB in Kennesaw! It looks amazing! So glad. The place looks bright and updated without losing that country vibe. Congrats to whomever had a hand in this decision and physical makeover!

Absolute worst restaurant. We had a party of 8. After 30 minute wait to be seated (it was busy and to be expected) we got seated. 15 minutes later our order was taken. 30 minutes later 4 of our 8 were given meals. Another 15 minutes goes by and the other 4 still did not get their meals. We cancelled our orders. No apology. Complained to manager and all I got was a I’m sorry you had that experience. Nothing was offered to help make it better. One of the 4 that did not get their food was my 3 year old son and all we ordered was eggs and bacon. The first of the 4 meals that did get delivered was a BLT. So while they were preparing bacon for the BLT they apparently did not prepare anything for the bacon and eggs. Just very unirganized, staff very unhelpful. Will not be back.

Online order of 3 bowls of chicken dumpling soup. Posted pickup time 7:23 pm. Arrived on time, and after two communications with a Very Courteous server, at 7:30 was informed would have to wait another 15 to 20 more minutes. Was not able to wait that long, so canceled the order due to not being informed of the inability to provide the soup.
Sean was a great server! Disappointed in the dumplings! Bring back the old recipe! The Southern fried chicken was delicious.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking was at a premium. Pushing the wheelchair through an uphill lot was not fun!

This was, once upon a time, one of my favorite go-to restaurants. Admittedly, I have not had it in years. We ordered delivery. Unfortunately, we were missing two items. The green beans were directly from a can. I would be shocked if they were even heated. There was no seasoning on them. The mashed potatoes were so cold that I could stick a plastic fork in them and lift the entire mound from the plate, gravy and all. Quality has certainly gone down hill. I hope that Cracker Barrel as a company can turn this around.

What a joke! Made my to-go order at 7:30. When I arrived at curbside I waited 20 minutes with no answers. I had received my arrival text telling me that my food would be out any moment just to put in the number of what parking spot I was in. The money was charged to my account at 7:30. Bye almost 9:00 I decided to go up to the door and I was met by a manager who told me that they closed at 8:00 and even though I ordered before then and even though the store took my money she refused to give me a refund or give me the food. The store was still fully packed with customers. She told me it was a tomorrow problem because her computers were already closed for the day after reaching out for help in the app they told me I could not speak to anyone until the store opened again tomorrow and then they could put me in contact with the store when they reopen. So now I'm sitting at home with no food and I'm out $60. I will absolutely never return which is awful because this was my favorite restaurant. I will not be stolen from and take it lightly
I think it's incredibly ironic that the customer support line has told me to reach out to them because I've been on the app for 2 hours trying to do it I have been waiting since 7:00 a.m. this morning which is a total of 5 hours for the manager to call me back because he told me that he was not going to be able to do it because it was closed out on yesterday's books and he could not even refund me for something that was sold yesterday even though they never gave me the food so as far as the response from cracker barrel they are not doing anything to make it up to me they told me I have to go dispute it with my bank so the response from cracker barrel is even fake
Understaffed and food was mediocre. I don’t give bad reviews often. Waitress doing the best she can but she was over worked. Waited over an hour for our food.
