What in there on a Friday night only one cookie chocolate chip boring available and then they had six different types of upsell larger brownie type products available all of them with a one to 2 to 3 dollar charge so if you just want a regular amazing Crumbl cookie there were none available. I’m sorry, but this is unacceptable.
We love CRUMBL! This location has the nicest staff, and we rarely wait long when they’re busy.

Very aggressive worker! I came in today to try the thanksgiving pies which i was very excited about but unfortunately the service i received from the man who gave me my order was not pleasant. I was putting in my number to get my points and during that my cookie came out and the man with the black hair and glasses yelled my name 2 times back to back when i was one of 3 customers in the building, he didn’t show me my cookie before handing it to me as the workers usually do and he wouldn’t make eye contact with me when i walked up to the counter. Very disappointed and don’t see myself coming to this location anytime soon.

Shunna... Was THEE absolute best. Customer Service was 2nd to none. She always had a smile on her face and was great with explaining the different cookies. I felt very welcomed and I will always be back and look forward to her amazing customer service the next time I am in Crumbl. Please make sure she get recognized as a Super star team member
