I came a few days ago to get the Cornbread cookie. When I opened the box, the honey drizzle and buttercream frosting was all over the place, but it looked like the correct toppings. However, the cookie itself didn't taste anything like cornbread and doesn’t have the texture of the cornbread cookie. I’ve had this cookie a few times and this tasted very different to me. The cookie tasted like a sugar cookie (the base of the Patriotic Birthday Cake instead). I drove pretty far to get this cookie so it disappointing to not get what we were expecting. I tried to reach out to the store to discuss but I never heard back
EDIT: after posting this review, the store reached out to me to make it right.
I love this place but I like honey cornbread cookie and patriotic m&m cookie was pretty good:)☺️

Crumble cookie is so good and their service if nice, the only reason why it is not 5 stars is because crumble is expensive

What in there on a Friday night only one cookie chocolate chip boring available and then they had six different types of upsell larger brownie type products available all of them with a one to 2 to 3 dollar charge so if you just want a regular amazing Crumbl cookie there were none available. I’m sorry, but this is unacceptable.
