Are you kidding me? The idiot working the window didn’t scan my app so I didn’t get my free taco. They wouldn’t give me one to make it right either. Are they really that lazy? Not going to say what I really want to say about these losers. My food was also cold and I asked for medium sauce…..they gave me both mild and hot but no medium

Decided to get a quick bite after a KSU basketball game. At the drive thru window, I asked the employee what kind of protein was in the taco on #2. Employee said, “You can look at the picture, I didn’t know”. Upon driving to the window to pay, I asked for a receipt, employee said “ the paper is out and I don’t know how to change it”. Come on, changing a receipt paper is not rocket science. Terrible service and employees (only 2 people on shift; cashier and food preparer) that really don’t care. Sad!

I went there today and ordered a steak fries fresh add jalapeños and got charged once I left and made it all the way to my destination I had received my food what was missing jalapeños so I used my gas to drive all the way back there with the food and the receipt and guess what received horrible service by being called a liar being told that there is jalapeños on the food I asked for the lady who appeared to be the manager argued me down and swore that they were on the food and she saw the lady put them on there and I told her no it’s not how about you eat it and tell me if they’re on the fries or not I requested my money back and was told no my only option was a remake but after all of that I just left and decided to take my money refund matters up with my bank as I’m not satisfied and was turned of by the service received I wouldn’t recommend this place any where as it’s the same thing I have experienced at other locations but this was the last straw I’m no longer patronizing del tacos anymore as the food not even quality or worth the headache of keeping them in business!
