Decided to try this for the first time instead of Taco Bell since it seemed like it would be a little cheaper and I honestly regret it. Got the Del Taco which is a basic Taco and added sour cream, my spouse got other food which I'm not sure how that tasted as he hasnt tried his yet as I write this review but mine tasted like chemicals or burnt plastic.. the best i could describe it is the way wall paint smells is exactly how these smelled and even tasted.. it was awful i thought maybe it was just 1 taco but no it was more than one, i ordered 6 and the first 2 had this taste so I dodnt eat the others. They looked REALLY good but the taste was awful. I couldnt taste ANY of the ground beef, sour cream or cheese or anything...not to mention the tomatoes looked like perhaps they were older they were pretty squishy and gross looking like tomatoes that are a few days old and runny. Honestly wont be back I'm pretty disappointed because it takes alot for me to try a new place. And ill be honest im sure I wont be contacted by any kind of manager about the fact my food tasted like straight chemicals but they may want to figure out why. Spoke with my spouse about his burritos and food he got the rice was under cooked and crunchy and the beans in the burritos were over cooked and definitely had been sitting awhile. We ended up throwing away all the food it was disgusting

i just ordered shrimp tacos and carne asada fries they said they didn’t have the fries so i said i ll take a reg fry and cheesecake bites they said i couldn’t so i just ordered the shrimp tacos the tacos are terrible and nothing like they should be it’s supposed to have shrimp cabbage pico and sauce they only had two shrimp then they put wilted lettuce and a pinch of cheese with ranch i am so disappointed this is not what i wanted and i live too far to take it back i took one bite… and to the garbage it goes it taste gross

showed up at 12:30 pm to get the jumbo ship meal and they ignored me at the drive through…. i drove 7 miles to get this… if you’re not gonna serve the food, don’t stay open on google

Great soft tacos and awesome french fries. Who knew? A retired couple can get very full for $20.

I live Del Taco and we don't have it where i live so when I'm traveling and see one I want to stop! I got there 15 mins before closing and didn't think that was out of line especially wanting a super simple order. No one ever came on the speaker to take my order so I drove up to the window. The girl walked up and said their computer system was down, so they couldn't take orders until it reset. SHE Said they could not take cash orders either (I fing it sad that a business has no backup plan and ate completely helpless when computers go down!) When I asked how long that would be, she sounded annoyed and said she had no idea. I then noticed they appeared to have already cleaned up and put away everything inside and were taking out all the trash. So then it made sense... by 12:45am when I got there, they had zero intention of serving any more customers. They just wanted to get out early!

Their philosophy seems to be to clear the drive thru line at the expense of their dine-in patrons. Waited 25 minutes for two soft tacos and an order of churros that were harder than rocks. Find another taco establishment to give your money to.

Miss Paige Yaya and Cormia kick ass. We ordered through the drive-thru but I had to go in pee and by time I was done they made sure we had the sauces that I ordered and not only that the food was hot fresh and ready to go. The inside was very clean as well as the bathroom

I recently had a very concerning experience 2/23/25 around 12:28pm at Del Taco. I was served food with old, stinky cheese, which is a serious food safety hazard. I paid $12 for what turned out to be rotten food, and now I'm worried about the possibility of food poisoning. This is unacceptable and needs immediate attention by management to make sure workers follow food safety guidelines!

Store Has All These Signs In The Drive Threw & Literally On The Doors As You Enter The Establishment. So Soon As You Say You Want That Deal You See They Proceeds To Charge You More. Will Not Be Going Back To This Location Ever Again Simple You Have To Honor The Price You Have All Over Your Establishment & Then Male Manager Didn’t Totally Unacceptable
My family and I stopped in here to eat on our way back home in TN. The store manager went above and beyond to make sure we had a great meal and service even when all the employees hadn’t shown up for work. The food was great, the restaurant was clean and tidy. I’m so glad we had the opportunity to come in to this location.
We love del taco but the last few times have been terrible. Tonight we ordered a fiesta box and a queso nacho, and I could see them making it, and even still the food was old. The staff was very friendly and brought the food out to the car, however, when I got home to eat it, the beans were old, the cheese on the nachos was burned, the taco beef was old and greasy. Very disappointed to spend the money and have the food suck.
