I’m one in a million saying this but the delivery time and tracker sucks. my pizza was in quality check for over an hour. took half an hour to be delivered but i live 7 minutes from the store. the estimated wait time is completely wrong and no one answers the phone. and the pizza came in a smashed down box with half the pizza stuck to the lid.

Complete chaos inside the store. I ordered a pizza for pickup. I get home and it's not my order. Wth? This dominos can't get anything right. Then, I call and get hung up on once, then get placed on hold for 20 minutes. Ridiculous. I give up on Dominos. They just don't care. I should've went to pizza hut across the street. Truly sad. Cowabunga failed again.

the lady (manager) would refuse to fix my order or refund my money dont order there she even hung up the phone while i was talking to her. she was very rude. they messed up on the order put the wrong sauce on my sandwiches and then she said its because they are new employees. and they took long to give me my order too.

This place is absolutely terrible. Order at 9:45pm. Says it was going to be delivered in 15 -20 mins. Says it left the store at 10:36pm. 1 hour goes past. 2 hours go past.Go to the store which is about 7 mins away. They have no idea where it but it's out for delivery. Mind you - they make you tip the driver AS YOU ORDER. Dominoes - you SUCK. Delivered 2 ice cold pizzas at 12:16am. Absolutely ridiculous.

My pizza was delivered to the wrong address. When I called to let the store know, the manager was so angry and yelled at me for putting in the incorrect address. When I tried to explain what happened, she hung up. I tried the next day in person, and she threatened to call the police and yelled at me to get out of the store. I complied but was able to tape her attitude. Why was a simple mistake by the link default, or my error escalate to the terrible experience I received. I did not get my pizza, and the manager refused me service when I went into the store. This manager needs sensitivity training and should not be face forward working with customers. Her team members witnessed this unacceptable behavior, which apparently is normal according to their reactions. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DOMINO'S PIZZA LOCATION. I can't rate the food because I never received mine. SMH! Unhappy customer. 🙁

She said the driver was leaving with my order now and it would be another 45 min or so because there was only one driver. She told me I could cancel if I wanted or talk to the district manager tomorrow. She refused to give me her name after I asking several times and hung up on me. We did not get our order till after midnight. The driver was very apologetic for the late order due to her being the only driver and very professional. Food was cold and flavorless. By-the-way, diver informed me the managers name was Sid. Never again!!
