Once a great location, this Domino's store has gone straight into the dirt over the past months. The only manager worth the title couldn't take it anymore and quit, leaving the store staffed exclusively by the most rude, nasty, and petty employees possible. Twice I have placed pizza orders which ended up having little centipede-looking insects in the sauce, which they blame on their wooded location resulting in insects entering the ductwork and falling into the prep area.
They will ignore curbside customers waiting outside, and if they are out of any toppings/items they will intentionally send an incomplete order out the door rather than take the time to contact the customer to figure out an alternative. When you receive the incomplete order and call them to have it made right, they will nastily tell you to take it up with corporate before hanging up on you, and then when you do take it up with corporate they will simply ignore corporate.
This dump will not do remakes or exchanges, even when the error is clearly 100% theirs, and the ONLY way you are getting a refund out of them is by initiating a chargeback through your bank/credit card company.
Aggression toward the customer is a bold strategy for a location surrounded by Pizza Hut, Jet's Pizza, Papa John's, Marco's Pizza, and Big Pie in the Sky all within 5 minutes -- all of which are superior, insect-free alternatives to giving any money to this location.

Rude employees, I did a curb-side order but after waiting about 10 minutes after the order said it was done I had to go inside because no one brought it out and the employee was in the back on her phone and came out with a attitude after I let her know we have been waiting and acted like we were the problem. Why offer curb-side if it’s such a hassle to even do it??? And then we get the pizzas and a basic chicken pizza has 3 tiny pieces of chicken on it like make it make sense.

This location is absolutely disgusting. I went in to get my food and there was an issue with the order. The manager came from behind The prep station where they make the pizzas with their bare hands, she came over,touch the computer to fix the issue and then went back to making pizzas without washing her hands. The guy that was helping me then came back and I asked him. Did he see exactly what she did without washing her hands and he said “yes, but there’s nothing I can do about it. I’m just a delivery driver.” Horrible absolutely HORRIBLE!

I'm sure the pizza was great when it left the store. They texted me to let me know the pizza was on its way at 6:56pm. The driver finally showed up at 7:50. I'm only 4.7 miles away from the store. The boxes were soggy from sitting in the delivery bag and the pizza was cold. Probably the worst pizza experience I have ever had. I'll never order Domino's again.

The service at the Cherokee location has gotten horrible. I have been using this location for over 2 years and has been a reward member many years before that using many locations prior. They are sloppy in preparation, nonchalant in response to incorrect orders and requests and rude. I spoke to someone on the phone to order and confirmed everything, when I arrived for pick up the girl at the front counter (Sydney)told me in her I really dont care attitude we dont do that, I said I have always had it like that and I confirmed twice over the phone, she told me I could speak to a manager in 5 minutes she was clearly over the conversation. The manager (Lucia) came with the same personality as and was just as nonchalant, while they remade my order they stood insight discussing and sharing their lack of care for the situations. Thoroughly disappointed and turned away from using the chain on a whole.

I’ve tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but the past 4 times I’ve been there my order has only been correct once.
I normally don’t complain about anything I received a pizza with multiple hairs in it. It’s disgusting and very unsafe cus it was my kid’s pizza.

Got a New York style pizza and a Pan Style with a Coke; served by the very kind and lovely staff. Pizza was freaking awesome and tasted amazing, this location must have gotten new Management; compared to a few months ago this location is on the up and up. Pizza made on time with picturesque quality and care, was greeted and had a nice little conversation with the workers, and was wished a great day as I left. I'm definitely changing my main Dominos store to this location from now on, and shout out to the staff working today!

Ordered three pizzas and one had no sauce or barely any. I called and the person was rude stating they are the one that made it. I offered to give them pizza back with replacement but was told they couldn’t deliver the pizza. The person was very rude and hung up on me I will think twice before ordering there again

I just order a bacon rach chicken, they send me a totally different order. I call them to send me my original order, the lady on the phone was so rude and disrespectful, hang up on me 3 time. I will never order on this place again.
