Order always missing something. No straws. Cups come with drink looking like a big sip was taken. Awful!!!
Thanks for ruining my morning! When you find out you have a burnt bagel after you are already halfway to work. Rude, cranky employees who are complaining amongst each other about customers and you can hear it through the drive thru window. I will go out of my way to go to another location!!
Dunkin donuts has really good ice tea.... The best, but tell me corporate .... Why would I go to your store and get ice tea and have to pay for a refill when I can stop at a dozen other places with great ice tea and get free refills.
My VERY unpleasant experience in the Jasper Georgia shop was a turning point for me.
I will no longer stop at a store that will not give a customer at least 1 refill when I sat and ate breakfast in your shop.
