Terrible service, never give right change back, clipped me a dollar today. Any time order a sweet tea, get regular tea....this location needs help.

I can’t believe that is 8:40 pm and they close this place is employees inside but they won’t take more orders !! That’s why America is getting lazy !!!!
I go to this location pretty often because it's only a couple of minutes from my work. The donuts are consistantly stale. Occasionally I'll get a coffe, but usually I get a sweet tea. At this point I would say that only about 10% of the time I actually get a sweet tea. Most times they straight up give me unsweet and then every once in a while I'll get one thats started to ferment because it wasn't disposed of before that started to happen. If you've had their sweet tea (when its good), its like top 5 teas you can get in a drive-thru, but at this point its not even worth ordering since theres a 90% chance its going to taste horrible. I use this as an example cause tea is not hard to make, if they can manage to mess that up, good luck getting your right coffee order.

Today my wife went to buy a bagel and lemonade and it turns out the bagel is so burnt and has a sour taste. I think they should give food every day for what one pays, not expired food. What a shame that corporations have no interest in the public. Don't buy it, it's disgusting. July/14/2025
I ordered a sesame bagel with strawberry cream cheese, but what I got was disappointing. The cream cheese was a mix of plain and strawberry, and the bagel was rock hard with a foul, stale smell—like it had been sitting out for days or worse, taken from the trash.🤢
To make it worse, my strawberry refresher with green tea was completely watered down. I tried calling to address the issue, but no one answered.
This place has really gone downhill. I’m not sure I’ll be returning if this is what I can expect now.
So I ordered 2 medium iced coffee with oat milk, extra oak milk. The coffees tasted as if no milk was added and the color was way darker than usual. Ok, no biggie, went back to get it fixed. In the store there were two young ladies whom refused to give me their names. The girl with red hair tried fixing it when the other girl who was of color came and instructed her to no remake it. I told her then to just give me a refund which she said no, to come back in the morning to speak with the manager. The entire time giving me bad attitude, she said she wouldn’t give me her name even tho there’s a name on the receipt. I wasn’t even trying to be difficult. I’ve been coming to this location for years ordering the same thing and well I’ll start going to the other location on 41 from now on.
FYI: If they get your order wrong, they will refuse to remake it, refuse to give you a refund, refuse to give you their names, and make you come back in the morning to speak to the manager.

We miss Sarah. My kids and I are daily regulars and it just is not the same without her. We are looking for our new morning spot.
It’s only 10am and the they have no donuts. No glazed, no chocolate frosted, no powdered, no chocolate sprinkled. This is the third time this happens at this location.

Can we get some competent employees in this Dunkin instead of the sad excuse of workers that currently run the place? The bacon is always burnt, unseasoned, they slap a disgusting amount of cream cheese or avocado spread if you order just a simple bagel or avocado toast. They don’t know the chicken croissant comes with cheese. Nothing is ever made right. The employees are miserable. Yall make $10 an hour & work a dead end job that requires zero skills yet you still fail miserably.

I did an online order at 9:00AM. There was only two people ahead of me. I had ordered about six items. When I got to the window I was handed my order. I looked and all that was in the bag was a plain bagel and a sandwich. Exactly what was on the ticket on the bag. I pulled my order up on the app and noticed they had forgotten the 10 pack munchkin and strawberry pound cake. They didn't have any munchkins. This is a donut place! Halfway through breakfast and they are running out of Donuts. Also, I don't know how they toasted a whole bagel but the bagel wasn't even sliced.

I’m at Dunkin’ Donuts so disrespectful in my life. I woke up to the restaurant and peek inside the door to see if they’re open and a lady looks at me and lock the door 15 minutes before they close… I go to the drive-through they tell me they’re not serving anybody and they looked at me and recognize my face from the guy looking through the front door. Remind you this is 15 minutes before closing time.
I was served severely brunt bacon! Absolutely the staff was horrible. I will never come to this location ever again.. then the manager who asked what was wrong with the order had the nerve to tell me the bacon was crispy. I said there’s a difference between crispy and burnt.
