This is the food this Dunkin’ Donuts sells, extremely burnt bacon and dirty greasy hashbrowns. Bottom of the barrel work activities happening at this place. I’d rather eat Waffle House grease at this point. Update 03/28/25, the sandwich I got was burnt to hell. This location and staff is a joke hahaha

My ube latte was so good. Usually Dunkin is a hit or miss but this was really good

I have tried to give this location several chances to do good. Everyone has an off day, however after the 3rd bad experience and really resolution that blamed me, I have given up. Only after I blew this up the ladder did this franchisee owner respond to me. I got tossed back and forth from "Corporate" Dunkin and Franchise location. They stated my food was cold because I did not come with in the 10 minute window they guarantee for freshness. I reviewed my order placement time and the time I hit the drive thru and actually I arrived in 8 minutes of order placement. They have forgotten items 3 times and have been out of donut holes 2 times. The manager level staff was rude and not helpful at all.
On the positive note the coffee I ordered was great and the staff at drive thru menu was very nice. If you Love Dunkin, I would go up the street to the other location for the best service.

This place has consistently terrible iced coffee. It either tastes burnt, or like mop water…I always order the exact same drink, iced caramel coffee with cream and sugar… it is always a different color and taste lol. I know Dunkin has a reputation for being inconsistent but this location takes the cake

Drive-thru lines are ridiculously long and slow moving. The hot coffees in the afternoons are completely cold. Will never go back to this place.

Order always missing something. No straws. Cups come with drink looking like a big sip was taken. Awful!!!
I was delivering a GrubHub order and in my car The coffee spilled I went immediately back to Duncan's in a happily made my coffees again. I really appreciate the ladies that work there
They make a good Charlie…. ??♀️ the donuts are a hit or miss on some days and the bacon not always cooked enough for me.
I came to get a cappuccino and it was made wrong 3 times. When I got home I poured in into a different cup to discover that I was given a big cup of milk. Me being the kind person that I am I didn’t want to complain for the fourth time. But that’s absolutely ridiculous.. at this point I would rather eat at McDonald’s that’s next to it. Smh. Then while waiting to order the workers just kept walking past us. Not the best at all.
