i came to this location on 11/29 around 12:40 in drive thru and waited 10+ mins for my whole order to be made completely wrong. i don't know what's going on with the three ladies on that shift but they have horrible communication skills which lead me to have to come inside to ensure my food was made the way i ordered it. even when i came inside there was NO communication to the person on sandwhiches to ensure my order was made properly. and i don't know who the manager on duty was but i sure hope it wasn't the girl making drinks slamming them around like she had a attitude or problem or something.

Honestly writing this review because I’m fed up with this location. In some sort of capacity my order is always made incorrect. This is the closes location to my house and it’s unbelievable how bad this location is. They never have enough help here. The young lady that works there says “the manager doesn’t want to put anyone else on the clock.”
This is also the only location that I constantly always have to pull up and wait on my order to come out. Literally no other location do I deal with this. It’s also no point of making requests verbose because it’s always ignored. (Like allergy requests)
Good luck stopping before work. Not to mention. The manager yelled at me, argued with me about having the correct location (I’m a local 🤧) and proceeded to hang up in my face….. I said everything very kind….

Waited over 20 minutes for 3 drinks, and one wasn't even the right drink order. All of them had no syrup and weren't sweet at all. The food was old and burnt. The employees were loud and unprofessional and the place was unorganized. 0/10 needs major improvement, I don't recommend this location.

insane brain

I ordered once, and didn’t receive the two donuts i ordered. In that same order, I got an iced coffee that had no sugar, and ice when i asked for none. When I got a refund from door-dash and ordered the donuts again, I received the wrong donuts. I called Dunkin, and all they said was that it wasn’t their fault.

The manager Candice is very disrespectful and rude. Why hire a manager who doesn’t have their store in order? Coffee is never made right and the attitudes are beyond disgraceful and disgusting. Health department needs to urgently look at this place. Get a whole new staff and a clean store if you want customers !!! Save your money people.

I come here often before work to get a drink and a donut. Here recently my order has been wrong at least 10 times! If it was a complicated order I would understand but it’s not.

Reject Mediocrity

I come here often the service is the same. The workers avoid eye contact, avoid you, and won't answer you when you try to get their attention.... definitely deserve a $25/hr raise 🙌 👏 👌 🌟 - there's a reason they are ranked on their own system at the bottom of all locations.

It’s crazy how some of the employees will talk to customers. Apparently asking for milk with cream and vanilla syrup is “against their standards” and “If I want something in milk I can get coffee in it” for my 4 year old.
