the manager either wasn’t there or was just as clueless as the rest of the employees. i asked for a very simple drink and needed to get it remade twice just for it to be wrong both times. you have to try to mess up customer service and making a drink wrong twice. embarrassing establishment.

I’ve tried this Dunkin' many times and tried to fall in love with it, but every time I am left disappointed —the food is always inedible. The hash browns are hard as rocks, and the coffee tastes like lake water. There was also a time when I was supposed to be refunded, but I never received payment. I’ve had to have them remake my order multiple times because it was so disgusting. This is very unprofessional if you’re going to work at a coffee shop. I feel as if you should have the basic skills for making coffee and food. Truly disappointing because it is right next to my house, but now I have to drive 10 minutes to another location because of this

I ordered a coffee cake muffin and when I got home to eat it I was shocked at how stale, dry and terrible tasting it was. It was immediately dropped in the garbage can.I have never had an issue with Dunkin Donuts and this was extremely disappointing as they are not inexpensive especially for those of us on a fixed income and wanting a special treat.

Walked in to buy donuts and there was a fly all over the donuts. I told the Indian lady working there and to her it was like nothing she did not even care that children could be eating those donuts just gross do better to protect the food from flies
