I often stop at this location since it’s close to my job and convenient to access. However, the food and service are consistently disappointing. They frequently get orders wrong and serve old or burnt food. On top of that, the manager is rude and unprofessional when concerns are brought up. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Kid-friendliness: As child friendly as most places. What type of question is this.... ? People procreate and likely are right now. Better this be asked, are well behaved children seen as an issue my other patrons? I mean, this place is Dunkin Doughnuts, not some strip bar.

Customer service was sub par compared to the one I live by in Acworth. The munchkins I received tasted a little stale and the drink tasted off as well compared to my regular location.

I love this dunkin! I moved and have been coming to this dunkin before work for a few months now. The manager is so nice. I can’t remember his name but he is always nice and once gave me a free coffee because I accidentally ordered my drink at a different dunkin location. He went out of his way and gave me a free drink the next time he saw me! The coffee is always amazing too!!! I have never had to wait for my order either. Thank you!!

I love this dunkin! I moved and have been coming to this dunkin before work for a few months now. The manager is so nice. I can’t remember his name but he is always nice and once gave me a free coffee because I accidentally ordered my drink at a different dunkin location.
