I was dissatisfied my coffee wasn't as I asked for iced coffee no sugar and it was no cream or if it was cream it was very light my donuts you could tell that they were not fresh

i went to this location on my way to work and i’ve never had a problem with dunkin until recently. a few days ago i made a mobile order asked for sweet cold foam on the top didn’t get any at all. then i go back today with a mobile order asked for sweet cold foam again and they put whipped cream on top. i don’t understand the issue with this location if they’re out of cold foam that’s fine but out that on the app

Drive thru service is good but when you walk in don't expect to be greeted with a hello or a smile or even "Can I help you". The few times I've gone inside...not so great. There are like 10 people working behind the counter but you just wait forever for one of them to actually take an order and when they do you get served with huge helping of attitude. So sorry to inconvenience you with my business...I won't come back again.

Went the morning of the pumpkin flavor release to see no line, which means the area around me knows this place is bad and has chosen to go else where. I asked for Splenda on the side and was told I would need to request again at the window. With me being the only person ordering, no. I'm not asking twice if I'm the only person you're actually serving. Was then informed that the fall cold foam wasn't actually there. Likely not the individual stores fault, but don't advertise on your menu what you don't have yet. Drinks came out fine, just not good service.

everytime i go to this dunkin they never disappoint. They always have great costomer service, they also make their drinks the best. When i go there i usually get one of their refreshers and even when they get it wrong they would give you the one they got wrong and still try to correct another one to satisfy your needs, but this barely happens because they always make their drinks correctly.
