I ordered through the app and it took me roughly 5 minutes to drive to my house to pick it up. I asked why my coffee wasn’t filled all the way up and they said that their coffee dispenser wasn’t working. Not only did they not fill up my coffee all the way, but they didn’t give my other coffee the full whip cream. I understand that it is Dunkin and not a special coffee shop, but they can do better at making sure their customers are properly taken care of.
Also the top of the left coffee was not sweet cold foam, that was “the coffee dispenser creating foam”. Overall the worst experience I have had there.

This is the best Dunkin I've ever been to. Everything we order is always absolutely amazing, and perfectly crafted. Everyone that works here, day or night, always has such amazing customer service and always has a smile on their face! We come here every morning for our morning pick-me-ups, and frequently at night for the Baskin sweet treats ? They are also always so wonderful to our daughter, and it's such a welcoming place to be. Best Dunkin around ^-^
Kid-friendliness: My daughter absolutely loves the kids scoop ice cream options the Baskin side always has, and cannot get enough of the donut holes!

Sangeeta was very rude when she was taking my order. She needs to be sweet and friendly with their customers and not showing the attitude to their customers but the other lady whenever I go she is extremely sweet and helpful. I’ll get her name next time.

Placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up, and when I get there they tell me to pull to the window. They were however out of the donuts I ordered. Why not tell me that at the speaker, or better yet not accept the order. Very unprofessional!!!
