The young lady who helped us in the drive-thru was incredibly kind. And the barista, Akela, who made our matcha drinks did PHENOMENAL. Not everyone can make matcha well, but Akela absolutely nailed it, she deserves a raise. Thank you, girl, it’s delicious 😋

This Dunkin’ Donuts location is by far the cleanest I’ve ever been to the only issue I had was they were out of the “Wicked” donuts :/ but the service is great!

My first visit to this place was unpleasant, but I decided to give it another chance, and I visited yesterday.
I bought some donuts, like last time, for a church event, and everyone left their donuts on their plates because they were hard and dry. It was very unpleasant and embarrassing.
The first time I didn't complain to the store, but today I called and spoke with the manager, and she told me very nonchalantly that they already had many calls complaining about hard donuts and incorrect orders.
She also mentions that the donuts aren't baked at this establishment and that it's not her responsibility, but that I should bring the donuts and when she gets the money, she'll give it to me.
She knows about the problem in the store and still sells to us. For her, being a manager, she was just a know-it-all and had no knowledge whatsoever of how to solve customer service problems. The last thing I want to mention is that I told her I was going to complain to the corporation, and she replied that it was her store and she could do whatever she wanted with it.

Team was exceptionally nice and the food was great. As a walk in customer, I noticed the drive thru lane was moving quickly and would not hesitate using the drive thru lane at any time.
Love their ice cream BUT the Attitude is HORRIBLE . We been going to this place for ever but lately two of the girls working here HATE when we come in. Mind you we are a family of 13 sometimes 8 so you should be happy we buying right. Plus we are very quick to order so I don't understand what the problem is. It honestly making me not want to come back, but if it continues I will directly ask what the problem is . If there is a problem then we wont come back.

Always a pleasure to drop by. I do pickups here sometimes with my toddler, and one of the employees was nice enough to give her a small ice cream while we waited. DD employees have said they should hire her with all her happy energy! Very friendly employees. Good treats too.
