My order was messed up so I called to let them know if I can get the correct order. I went back to get it and the lady had a straight face and pushed the bag a little rudely..as she handed it to me I said thank you with a smile but she wasn't happy at all. I felt this was so rude. I wish our customer service improves in our community. It goes a long way. I even know mistakes happen

I asked for a turkey sausage croissant and they gave me pork which i dont eat and haven't eat in over 13th years. Im highly upset because i needed to eat to take my medication. I called no answer its 5:35am in the freakin morning they arent busy. The sad part is i was the first customer that day and they couldn't get my freakin order right. Im done with dunkin donuts yall suck. Thank God i didnt eat it. Then that wouldve been another situation. Please check yall stuff before leaving there.

Paid $12 dollars for my meal before work. Gave me the completely wrong order. It shouldn’t be that hard to double check the bag and make sure the TWO items I ordered are in the bag. There was only one thing in the bag!!

The food here is terrible. I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich. The bread was not even sourdough bread and it was burnt. The eggs tasted like powder, eggs and the cheese was more like that process cheese food not like real cheese that was nasty. The bacon on the sandwich was OK though and the coffee wasn't half bad. The woman serving me act like I was bothering her. this was my first time eating breakfast at Dunkin' Donuts. It will also be the last

Truthfully I just stopped in quickly for a coke over ice for my daughter post surgery. They had no fountain drinks, but an odd assortment of sodas in bottles. Was a bit surprised. Excellent service though and was very well kept.
I’m still giving a 5 star review even though every once in a while my coffee order has been incorrect. I’d say 4 out of 5 times they get it right.

This is my favorite DD. They are fast and always get my order right. They make my coffee with love. I never get burnt coffee or bottom-of-the-barrel coffee. They remember who I am and know my order.

The lady behind the male cashier who took my order has poor communication skills. She told me a menu item was not available. After my return, she now says a meat product is not available. But i didn't order what she sold me... in fact, i didn't order it at all. She gave me the wrong food. Charged, no refund, no apology, and spiteful comments.. do not recommend it. Ruin your day.
