I usually have a decent experience at this Dunkin and they more than half the time make my drink perfect, but this morning was the most horrible experience I’ve had there. I ask for my drink medium with pistachio and almond milk, yes pistachio because Starbucks is out of stock right now and I’m not a fan of hazelnut. I get to the window and I normal don’t speak up and just take the coffee but I am trying to be better about getting what I PAY for. They give me the brown water looking coffee with HAZELNUT. I tell the man (short older man with an earring) that this wasn’t correct and my coffee just doesn’t look good. He’s starts to berate me and say that’s what I order I didn’t order hazelnut etc. I tell him I do not want that coffee. Instead of offering to remake it or give me a refund he continuously tells me I’m wrong and saying I want him to waste the dirt water coffee because I told him i didn’t want it I wouldn’t drink it. He storms off after saying that he now had to wasting coffee and that I didn’t say pistachio. I just drove off without my coffee and or a refund and went to Starbucks. That was the most ridiculous and horrible experience before my 12hr hospital shift. Thanks for TRYING to ruin my morning SIR. I didn’t realize it personally affected you and came out of YOUR pocket.

Absolutely nasty employees work here. Came to the drive-through line did not hear anybody so I said hello. Did not hear anyone so I said hello once again then this rude girl jumps on the intercom and starts screaming at me giving me an attitude for trying to get her attention. I wasn't in a rush. I just wasn't sure if the intercom was working if the store was open, if they could hear me and just wanted for someone to say, give us a moment we're helping someone. When I get to the window, she's still giving me an attitude. Her boss isn't saying anything she's just looking at both of us and then when I just proceeded to explain myself, she ignored me and walked away. visit a different Dunkin' Donuts.

Last 3 times I’ve been to this DD location (past 2 months) all the cream fill variety, not fresh; like hockey pucks. Huge disappointment to go say the least. Quality control goes a long way. No complaints on the great service, just please spend some additional attention on the product you’re selling.

This became my local dd a year ago and tried to give it a chance so many times but I won’t be going here, my order is so simple a caramel ice latte and once they only added the milk the other time it was only the espresso with caramel and last night was just milk and caramel so I don’t recommend

I’ve given this DD so many chances and try to be understanding but is it not just common sense to use liquid sugar in iced coffee? Obviously granulated sugar isn’t gonna melt and who wants to have to chew their sugar when they take a sip of their coffee. And these eggs are disgusting they’re the consistency of jello. Would yall eat that? I think tf not.

Unbelievably slow. We have had to leave twice in two weeks because we’ve waited ten minutes in line and didn’t move. It’s unreal. The drinks are also only right about half the time.

I do not like this location at all!!!!!! This wouldce been my 5th time here. Terrible. I always have a problem when I come here. Either the bagel is too hard or the customer service is terrible. There's a black lady who took my order that has a very smart mouth and attitude . She started laughing in my face about my order, and I asked her what she was laughing at cause it was rude. That was it for me. I drove off. I will contact corporate now. Terrible Location
The actual place where we sit to eat. Is very outdated and not very comfortable, and it's not very inviting. The food is good. I see why people just ordered through their drive-thru.
