Spoke with Mike because they did not put correct doughnuts in dozen and his response was to bring back 3 doughnuts and we will replace just the 3. I guess instead of throwing them away they put them back in the case. Instead of offering the 3 doughnuts for inconvenience. oh and he pretended to be the owner Khan. when I asked to speak with one of them. never going to this location again. Khan you should hire honest people.

I’ve been patronizing this Dunkin location since it opened, approximately 2010, and have always had excellent service and products. Employees and management have always been very professional and service oriented. The manager and employees always take time, when they can, to engage with customers. I feel that they genuinely care about feedback and always seek to improve where they can. Top rate in my opinion.

***MASSIVE POTHOLE DIRECTLY IN DRIVE-THRU LANE***, right in front of the ordering/speaker area no less. I strongly prefer drive-thru, and I was NOT risking the health of my SUV's engine driving in and out of that hole. It's at least 18 inches wide and AT MINIMUM 6 inches deep. There are so many other Dunkin' locations around to go to- why use this one? Shape it up!

I love this Dunkin. The food and coffee are both great and they are fast in the drive through, but the reason I went out of my way to write a review is because of the girl that always works the drive through window. Her name is NJ and she is always so pleasant, kind and exceptional at her job. She deserves a pay raise, she’s the reason I choose Dunkin over Starbucks these days!

Just tried to order a refresher from here worst experience ever
Food was good, but they keep the AC off just to save money and it was very uncomfortable here. I work remotely and wanted to hangout for a few hours. I had to leave because it was so hot. The facility was also dirty and I had to clean the table and chairs before eating and working.

1. The staff talks very loudly to each other and makes noise. 2. Flies. They fly into the transparent cabinet with food.
