Wow, one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any restaurant. Drive-thru was so slow we had to go inside. Barely acknowledged us as we entered. Could sense the employees were miserable. Avoid this place at all costs!

The food is absolutely terrible at this location. The restaurant itself has a distinct "plastic" odor so strong you can smell it from the drive thru window, and this odor seems to seep into the food and ruin it every single time. It has been this way for several years, so it doesn't seem like a temporary problem. My guess is that it stems from an equipment issue that wouldn't be feasible to resolve cost or difficulty wise (like wholly replacing cooking hardware), or maybe there's a problem with the water filtration since you can even taste it in the ice cubes. If you're craving Dunkin', I'd suggest visiting the one on Bells Ferry as it's the only one in the area that's decent.

Ordered a Latte and munchkins. They didn’t have the flavor munchkins I ordered on the app, that’s fine it’s whatever. But tell me how, as I’m already driving away into work do I notice that my coffee is missing half of what it’s supposed to have?! No whipped cream, drizzle, or spice topping? And the flavor is awful, weak, watered down and bland with what I’m fairly certain was only the vanilla flavoring. Go to the store five minutes up the road, they will at least give you what you pay for and not just .50 cents worth of the 6$ coffee you paid for.

This place is horrible. The staff is ugly and disrespectful. My husband just went to pick up food that we ordered on the mobile app and they were out of most of the items. They then proceeded to laugh in his face and also told there was no refund for the missing items and we needed to contact corporate. Horrible experience.

This place is terrible. Stay away. I ordered a hot tea with sugar. I also ordered everything bagel bites. I get to the window I get my bagel bites. I get my cup of what I thought was tea. I drove away. I head down the street take a bite of the bagel bite. It was frozen in the middle warm on the outside but still frozen on the middle. Went to take a sip of what I thought was my hot tea and was the worst tasting coffee in the world. By the way, with no sugar. When I was at the window I asked the girl for extra sugar because sometimes they tell me they put sugar in my tea and they don't. She said what kind of sugar. I said regular sugar she hands me a yellow packet. I said no. It's usually in a white packet and then she goes back. She hands me a blue packet. I said no a white packet she goes. I don't know what you're talking about. This is the only sugar that we have. This is regular sugar and I said no normally. Dunkin donuts has regular white sugar in white packets with a d on it she goes. I'm sorry I don't know what you're talking about. I asked for a receipt. She said she didn't know how to give me one. This is so frustrating. I spent $7 for nothing. Get your act together
