Dunkin is always fresh and ready to satisfy about everyone. From hot to iced coffee to fresh hot made to order sandwiches. Oh yeah. The doughnuts come in so many varieties it may take a while to pick exactly what you want. Parking is easy and very timely from order to receiving your food.

This a great Dunkin'! The people are always very friendly. They could use A larger inventory of donuts especially blueberry cake. Four out of the five times I want one of those little bad boys you guys are out. :)

After last night 2/14 this location has lost a long time customer and I may not be back to a Dunkin’ Donuts for awhile. I placed an online order and when I arrived at the drive thru to pick it up 10-15 minutes later after placed, it was not ready. Instead at the drive through window, a gentlemen was on his phone sitting down and the young lady with the braids told him about my order. He looked irritated he had to work. He proceeded to finish whatever he was doing on his phone and then put on gloves to make my food while still touching his phone in between making my food. I stared the whole time appalled at what I was seeing and he made eye contact with me several times probably knowing he was being lazy not wanting to make the online order and being unsanitary. No care. He gave me my food at the window polite. I decided to park my car and walk inside to tell him I saw him playing on his phone while also handling my food with gloves on and he did not wash his hands before putting on his gloves after being on his phone, therefore I wanted a refund because I worked in the food industry before this isn’t right. He immediately said he understands, and gave me a cash refund which wasn’t my original form of payment because I did an online pick up order. I like point out as well, there was nobody else in the drive through window, and there was only 2 other customers chatting sitting in the store which points to me further they staff was dragging their feet. Unfortunately I have to agree with a lot of recent reviews the staff is very lazy. I recommend to not place online pick up orders and to only maybe get drinks from here. Not sure if I would trust the food anymore. The staff seems lack care in that department recently. If you do order food, make sure you keep an eye who is making it. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I appreciate the gentleman being proactive quickly about the refund and acknowledging the issue,

The girl at the drive threw at 5:15 was Rude and could get 2 coffees right! This was February 13th I wanted 2 large coffees cream and sugar... I got BLACK coffee with 5 sugars.. smh!!!!!

This Dunkin is horrible. Order is never right, coffee is barely warm, and if you do get the right order, odds are its either burnt or made incorrectly. Save yourself the trouble and go to the one next to Culver's instead.

WOW. We went to this location for bagles and cream cheese and coffee. I have been to Dunkins all over the country and ordered the same things. We got our bagles and opened them and they barely had any cream cheese on them and when i say barely i mean barely. I went up to the counter where i was ignored for a few seconds while the 3 people behind the counter chatted and then one of them asked what i wanted. I showed her the bagle and asked her to put some cream cheese on it and her response was that i had to pay extra for more cream cheese which i had never heard before in my long life. I said its just cream cheese and she asked if i wanted to talk to her manger and i responded "for cream cheese". Their behavior was not rude but mocking like it was a joke which set me off and I was rude to them which i regret. But their lack of customer service and mocking attitude turned my normally patient demeanor into something i am not. This kind of lack of respect and poor service is mostly due to bad parenting and management of the establishment. If they refuse to put a few cents worth of cream cheese that you already paid for on your bagle, then i know why they have such poor review rating.

if i could leave ZERO stars i would. the service at this dunkin’ donuts was just unacceptable. the lady at the drive thru was just so rude and inattentive and the owner was just as bad. this is why we go to starbucks smh.

Would not recommend. Online says they are open, im watching people in the store. All the lights are on. Yet no one answers the phone, or the drive through to say when they actually open. Don't waste your time.

This is the closest Dunkin to the house so I go several times a week. However one of the younger girls (never has a name tag but she’s got a long braid and never smiles) has finally pushed me to my limit. Literally she doesn’t greet anyone, she looks irritated and will argue with guests. Every single time she makes avocado toast it’s half seasoned and the bacon isn’t cut or it’s in a weird pile in the middle. She also had the audacity to make a 9 dollar drink completely incorrect and argue with the guest and then say “oh so n so made it the other day but it must have been wrong bc she’s new and this is the correct way”. No sweetie you’re just lazy apparently and you only work here because you’re related to the family that owns or runs it. Please get rid of her. Everyone else is fabulous. The other day the lady at the drive through had to tell her to greet people. I’m about to start asking for my stuff to be remade every time she screws it up it’s becoming a waste of money. But seriously she’s gotta go, training won’t help her at this point. Ridiculous.

I came over to get something to snack on with my grandson and ordered a hot chocolate and it tasted watery but I didn’t want to complain about it. Then saw a man come in and tell them about a coffee that he bought that was watered down and the Spanish guy here really argued with him trying to convince him that they didn’t do anything wrong and don’t get complaints. How about you just worry about your customer service and stop arguing with customers that come in daily and just replace the damn coffee. Also tables were all dirty and had to all to be cleaned to sit down and eat. Customer Service has a lot to be desired. Glad this is not the Dunkin near my house.

Called three times on Wednesday to let them know that my orders were missing food. No one answered the phone. This is not the first time this has happened. I ordered in the mobile app and went to pick up my drink order. They were out of two ingredients for my drink. No apologies at all I had to call corporate to get a refund.?

So Cold

Everyday my coffee cup leaks. I know I'm not the only customer experiencing this problem. It looks like the cups are mishandled which causes the leaks. Today, my coffee cup is completely coming apart. Croissant sandwiches are good when they are fresh. I've gotten my share of extra hard, old and stale croissants. I've seen employees outside with gloves on while using their cell phone then go right back inside and handle the food being sold to customers. There is constant turnover of employees, so the line moves slow during rush hours. The store was upgraded within the last year, so it looks good on the inside, but the outside, especially in the back near drive-thru is not appealing. The dumpster overflows with trash on the ground and the driveway leading to the drive-thru needs repairs.
