This location tried to harm my pregnant girlfriend and our unborn child. Don't go here, go to the one on Canton Road, or really any location other than this one.
She had ordered a decaf latte (which is within the safe amount of caffeine for a pregnant woman and the baby), the girl a the window tries to give her one with regular caffeine (which is above the safe amount of caffeine for a pregnant woman and her baby). The girl at the window then tries to tell my GF that is what she ordered,. to which my gf replies "no, I'm pregnant, I always order decaf".
Then that little piece of trash at the window rolls her eyes, and goes away for a moment. She hands my GF the supposedly right item. While leaving, the latte gets tested, and it tastes stronger than one with regular caffeine, as if someone had put in EXTRA espresso (which is even further above safe levels for a pregnant woman and her baby).
My GF then went to a different location (the aforementioned one on Canton Rd), where she explained what happened, and they went above and beyond to take care of her, and she got the decaf latte she had originally ordered at this garbage location.
So as I started, this location actively tried to harm my pregnant girlfriend and our unborn child. Don't go here, go to any other location, the one on Canton Road is MUCH better.
We will be telling everyone we know to not go here, and to go to the one on Canton Rd instead.

The wrost place ever. Stay away bad customer service and the donut hard, coffee is water down and cold. This place need to close or inspection need to come in . Bad business if there were a o thats what they get from me.

Horrible service and manger has a idaf attitude when asked to correct the order they made wrong . They then proceeded to hand me my original that had been sitting on the counter and the food was cold. Plenty of other Dunkin’s around, spend your money elsewhere!!!

They always have new people working here that's hardly trained. When you pay online the restaurant never have your order ready. They have a new guy that works there (older male) who always looks confused when it's time for a pickup order. And then he burped into the headphones before taking my order. I know certain companies have issues with their computer system but it's the way u treat and talk to customers. Certain associates know how to handle those situations and that day I was patient. There was a vehicle in front of me that pulled off because of the wait time and wrong order. I even showed the guy that I paid for my order online and he refused to give me my order and then he caught an attitude with me on top of me waiting in line for 15mins and late for work, so I just drove off without a refund or my food.

I’ve had to leave out the drive thru here bc they take forever! There’s only 2 by my house a both are bad smh!
I had ordered a single drink while being the only customer there, and the two younger girls working up front sat there gossiping right in front of me for 5-10 minutes before even starting on my drink. they made the order wrong and had to go back and fix it, making a complete mess out of the drink. just very unprofessional and rude, makes me not want to go back there.

It took a long time to get our drinks. We ordered two drinks total and they had the first one out in a few minutes but may have forgot about the second drink. We were not in a hurry and sat in the store while we drank.

The worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Whether it’s day or night this place never ceases to cause a problem. Where do I begin?
- 3am on my way to work I ordered a chicken biscuit through the mobile app. I take my food and as I’m pulling out I smell bacon. I open my bag to find a sourdough sandwich with bacon on it. I go inside to tell them and they say it’s because they don’t have biscuits they decided to give me something else- without asking or letting me know. This is especially frustrating as someone who cannot eat pork due to religious reasons. The manager was uninterested in helping me which was blatantly obvious because she was at the front patio on her phone when I pulled up, and immediately after I voiced my issue went right back to the same spot I found her.
- was told by an employee not to order through the app until I’m 5 minutes away. Giving me extreme attitude over the “issue”. The app tells you not order when you’re far away.. not to mention, does it matter? The app or the drive thru.. it’s real time. Delaying the order via the app doesn’t make any sense ?
- They are FOREVER messing up orders and get irritated when they have to remake the order. Free advice- read the order and you won’t have to remake it.

I’m not sure if Luis is the owner or just an employee but if he’s just an employee, you guys need to give him a raise. So friendly, made for a great experience
